Tony was our technician and did an excellent job. Our rugs were in dire need for cleaning and after Tony worked his magic, they looked almost new. He also steam cleaned our tile, which now sparkles and cleaned the upholstery on our breakfast room chairs, which look like new. We are very pleased. They are very expensive but did a top notch job. Our only hiccup was when we rescheduled our appointment. We talked to a live person to reschedule, which was fine. Then we got an email asking we confirm reschedule, which my wife did. Then she received an AI voicemail wanting another confirmation. And then a text threatening to cancel our rescheduled appointment if we didn’t confirm immediately. My wife lost it and called in to complain about the excessive followup communications from their AI system and the text threat to cancel to cancel the apptmt if we didn’t confirm by text..We were the ones that rescheduled, then confirmed twice. This is overkill. Not a deal breaker. We suggested they change the AI text message to eliminate the implied threat of cancellation of apptmt if we didn’t respond to text with confirmation. This is a responsive company, professional, and great at communication, including their technicians. Just need a tweak. And 3 different modes of requesting customer confirmation of a reschedule borders on harassment.

If there was less than one star that would be my rating. The carpet was not clean after paying $520 when my online quote was $385. Here are some pictures of a very small area of an unoccupied bedroom that I shampooed with my Bissell Pet Pro less than 12 hours after having my carpets cleaned.

We have used Zerorez several times now. We love it when Anthony is the one who comes to clean our carpets. He is a remarkable young man and hard worker!

I did not know my rug needed to be taken to the shop. Workman was on time, courteous & professional. I am pleased with the chairs cleaned. Waiting for rug return. I will continue to use Zerorez!!

While the company responded to me quickly and I got a reservation the next day to clean 2 sofas in my home, I was pleased that the dirtiest sofa was cleaned well BUT the second sofa had many water marks left on it. But what disappointed more than anything is that I was quoted one price and while the gentleman was cleaning my sofas he asked if I wanted deodorizer added. I indicated yes but he FAILED TO TELL ME THAT WAS AN ADDITIONAL $89. This approach seemed underhanded and should have been communicated. I cannot recommend any company that pulls stunts like this.

Excellent service and very friendly technician. He was very thorough and excellent at communicating any issues we needed to discuss. He was prompt and worked hard. He finished in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up nicely. Would definitely recommend.

My tenants recently moved out and did not leave the carpets in the best shape. Cole was very helpful and shared with me the steps he would take to refresh the floor. It was clear that doing a great job was equally as important to him as it was to me. Thanks Cole!

The technician, Joseph was on time, clear in his expectations, professional and friendly. He kept me informed throughout the appointment and shared the additional services they offer. I’ll use them again and hope to get Joseph again but hoping that any technician I get in the future has his same level of care.

Grateful for Zerorez and David who cleaned our carpets and two recliners before the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday and our guests arrival! David was thorough and walked through everything with me before starting. He was honest about some pet stains that wouldn’t likely come out 100% (he was right)! Thank you David!

We had the pleasure of having Cole as our technician for our cleaning. He was prompt and knowledgeable about his work. He came in and did an AMAZING JOB on our carpets. We have three beautiful children and they can be a bit messy so cleaning our carpets is a must. Cole made our carpets look brand new and I would definitely having him come back to clean our carpets again. Thank you Cole & Zerorez you have a wonderful technician and he deserves a raise!!!

David called to give me an approximate time he would be here. He was careful when cleaning the rug around my furniture. He did a great job. The rugs look so clean!

Solid experience. Good service. And was able to schedule for the next day. Couch is cleaner and smelling nicer and was done at an affordable rate.

Had a great experience with David. I bought a home that had many years of gunk built up, especially in the bath tub / shower walls and kitchen floors, and also had some construction done and he was able to get all the gunk and paint off my floors. He took the time to get around and underneath the appliances as much as possible, which I really appreciated. The floors honestly look better than I was anticipating, will definitely be using them again.

I was able to get my cleaning scheduled very quickly and in time before company came for a visit. One of the carpeted bedrooms had a lot of foot traffic dirt and I couldn’t get the stains out on my own and they did such a great job and it looks as good as new. Staff was very friendly, and the whole process was easy.

Joseph was my service guy and he was so polite, good natured and very thorough in cleaning up and making our rugs look like new. Thank you for wonderful service .

Had the tile floors in our whole house cleaned and sealed. Spectacular job, beautiful result! Our technician Chris was extremely professional and knowledgeable and very detailed. Didn’t miss a thing. Highly recommend Chris and the Zerorez process.

Not pleased with the service. Paid $200 to have 1 medium size, 2 small bedrooms, and an area rug. Carpet smells worse now than it did before.
Technician tried to upsell the “bio treatment” for an additional 40% of the original quote, which I feel is bs. Why is your normal cleaning subpar, requiring additional treatment? I declined, which I’m assuming will be the blame for my issues. However, when the tech went around with his black light, he found a single, quarter size biological signature, which was most likely a small amount of milk my baby spilled.
Gave the dude a decent tip for Christmas too.

I’ve had my carpet cleaned several times by a local company and have always been happy, but my wife wanted to try zero rez. Not happy that we did and will not be using them again.
I would have contacted the company directly in lieu of a review, but they only have the option to call on the website.
