Joseph was quick, efficient, and very thorough. I have an ancient house from the 50's with carpets that are well aged. Since it's less 100 Sq FT of carpet in total between 3 rooms & a hallway, Joseph was done in about 30 mins.

Everything looks great and the very few stains the carpet had are now gone.

Everything is dry in a few hours compared to a few days with a different company.

We had a great experience. Quick response when I requested a quote. What they quoted is what I paid. I quoted 2 companies and this company was about $50 less with great google reviews. They arrived and left within their promised timeframe. The technician texted about 30 minutes before he arrived. Joseph, the technician, was one of the most polite and professional people I’ve had in our home for services. I would recommend the company and I wouldn’t definitely recommend requesting Joseph if possible.

Anthony was awesome! Arrived early in the appointment window. Very polite and professional. Worked quickly and efficiently. Pet dirt is gone, carpets look fantastic and house smells clean again!

This is the first time using this company, and I am more than happy with Chris’s work! Our carpets turned out beautifully, and so did our sectional. He was able to get several stains out of the carpet, and when he left, the carpets were practically dry. I’m also excited about the fact that there is no residue left behind. I have been cleaning the carpets and sofa, yearly, and nothing compares to a professional cleaning job. We will definitely be using them again and will be referring them to friends and family! I asked for my carpet to be clean, they sent a kid who was there 15 minutes and said he cleaned two rooms and a set of stairs.
I told the owner I had a couple spots that were still there in my day people scrub carpets with something not just spray water and suck it back up.

He beg me for opportunity try a second time and I let him, but the next guy came out to the same thing.

I went to Walmart rented a carpet cleaner, scrub over it for a few minutes and bam ! stain gone !
I paid a couple hundred bucks for a couple kids too pretend they have a job spraying water and suck it back up. It's not cleaning carpets.

I should've saved myself a couple hundred dollars and went to Walmart to begin with this company as a joke.
Called them several times after the second kid did nothing and you get voicemail and nobody calls you back

save your money and find somebody better

We are a three dog house and had not had a cleaning in over a year. There were very distinct wear patterns and now our living room carpet looks almost new! Not to mention no nasty chemical smell. Communication and service was top notch too!

I scheduled Zerorez to come in this morning. The company is great at following up with text messages and they text when they’re a half hour away. TONY came in this morning and did a fantastic job. Jacob was here today and cleaned my sofas and chairs. They came out beautifully! He was so kind and extremely polite. I will be requesting more services and definitely will request Jacob to do additional services. If I could leave 10 stars I would!

The service tech was very knowledgeable and brought up other services Zerorez does as well. Carpet cleaning I had done went quickly and was reasonably priced too. Second time using them with both experiences being positive. Was also easy to book the appointment online.

Knowledgeable, courteous and effective! Excellent job in a bedroom. My area rug was taken back to the business to be thoroughly clean there versus on premises. Very pleased so far!

Best carpet cleaning. I hired this company to clean my white sofa. Mr. Hall is very professional, his costumer service is over the top. His team is really good, friendly, trustful. My wife has severe allergies and because of this we clean the carpet in our home several times a year. Several different companies came over and cleaned for us but Citrus Solutions by far is the best one. They're on time and the carpet looks much better than any other services we've called before. I’ve recommended multiple people to Chris because of the service they deliver.

He makes me not want to walk on the carpet afterwards lol - last so long! These dogs of mine are tiny and have bladder issues like most people who have to work more than 6 hours a day, but his work guarantees stains to come up. He will even come back to go back over them if they should still be there.
