Great Customer Service. The job done very well and paying attention to detail. Making sure every corner was taken care of.

This company is a complete disaster.
They failed to deliver on every single promise. The first visit? They removed the bugs but left a mess all over my entryway. The wasp nest — which was clearly included in the service — was never touched. Still, I gave them another chance.
They scheduled a follow-up and confirmed the date. I waited. They never showed up. No call. No message. Nothing. Then, without warning, they showed up on a different day when no one was home. No notice, no respect for my time or property. And let’s be clear: my service included interior treatment, which they completely ignored.
I called to cancel. I’ve been on hold for over 30 minutes, and the representative refused to process the cancellation.
This is not just bad service — it’s negligent, unprofessional, and unacceptable.
Avoid this company at all costs. They waste your time, ignore your instructions, and trap you in a service you can’t even cancel.
If you value your home, your time, and your sanity — run the other way.

She was very helpful, professional and cordial.
She made sure she understood the issue and followed through.

Ruben did a fantastic job introducing himself and the trainee he was with. He ensured I wasn’t having any new/existing problems with any pests and communicated throughly throughout the visit. Exceptional job done by him.

Amy helped us get my wife onto the account so she could organize the Pest Control for the house. Amy was clear in her communication and very patient with us. She did a great job.

It does not perform services,
During their inspection, I was told there was a rat in our attic and could be removed for $6,000.00! I had a wildlife removal company inspect as well as another pest control company. The result was NO rat, no openings needed to be sealed!
I cancelled tried to immediately cancel my service and was told I would have to pay a $500 cancelation fee!
Now, daily I am harrsssed for payment!
You are warned to NOT use this company!

Like other reviewers I agree on zero stars. I have received services for about 18 months without much trouble. I moved into a new build this week and needed help with ants. The technician came and put down ant bait traps. My dog ate one so I called to find out what chemicals are in the traps and they could not tell me. Unacceptable.

Initial contact and work was great. But then sent out other "inspector" specifically looking for upcharge services. Evidence of past mouse activity which is routinely handled with inexpensive bait boxes turned into a proposal for an additional $7500. Shocking SCAM. Now I completely question the integrity of this company.

I would’ve given him a 5stars but he was the guy that gave me the bad news that I needed a new compressor. The guy was great. Showed up on time, showed me what was going on and diagnosed what is wrong. He will return soon and replace it. 5 stars!

Allin and Jace were very helpful and quick to address the problem I was having with ants in my kitchen. I was scheduled right away to have them exterminated. I appreciate the customer service that Ecoshield provided.

Came to my door at 6:30 Ignored all the NO SOLICITATION signs and actually chased a vehicle down the driveway once private gate opened to drive in. The Polk co sheriff has been notified and they are on the neighborhood watchlist. Don’t come back you won’t be treated with the same respect next time .

Awful company. Don't know where to begin. Have used them for a couple years at my home and just recently gave them a shot with my business. Let's just say they have failed miserably. Have charged me for a job the can't seem to get done, are constantly changing scheduled times and never telling me. Trying to get someone on the phone is a nightmare. Will be closing all my accounts with them. An absolute nightmare. Not to mention I'm just now finding out about the numerous lawsuit they have open against them. Avoid at all cost!!!

Angel does an excellent job assuring our home remains pest free. He is attentive to the details and courteous to us during his visit.

They will ask you for a review beware !!!! I actually feel they are scammers they do bad work and then lie about the contracts, we are going to BBB for a complaint against them with a few of our neighbors, they show up on scooters run over landscaping with their trucks, and techs show up to work on FaceTime , just a complete joke of a company. Then have a call center from India harass you.

NEVER Would I Ever Recommend, and I definitely will NOT be renewing my service contract. I tried canceling, but they charge to terminate (they say they are not charging to terminate, but trust me... they're charging to terminate). The only issue I hired them for (spiders), has only gotten worst since starting their service... letting them finish out my contract, and calling them back after every visit, but they do not come back for at least 2 weeks (they'll say it's because of the time-frame for the chemicals to work, but at the same time they tell me that they cannot use chemicals for my issue ("can't spray up..."). My next door neighbor is having all of these same issues as well.... can't stand them, and I can't wait for their contract to end; However, I'll be sure to continue publicly posting my grievances until then... and when their service contract ends, my grievances shall remain.

Very happy with EcoShied and have been a customer for more than a year. Today my technician Ruben took the time to listen to a new concern that Mother Nature sent my way, and he treated it to make it go away.

Huge thanks to Kyla! :) She was a big help with customer service. We appreciate her patience in listening to our issues with EcoShield Pest Solutions. Hopefully it can all be resolved properly with the office.

Marga was wonderful! She helped me schedule a home pest inspection and indoor treatment very quickly. She was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend her service!
