Matthew removed all the nasty little stuff that was on my beautiful doors and windows, including the upper porch part I couldn't reach. Thank you, Matthew, my Entrance Way looks as though it's been freshly painted! I no longer have to worry about sweeping nasty bugs off!

I am not satisfied with the work done by the technician. My main reason for contracting with your company was to control the spiders. The video that I have of the tech clearing the spider webs show how quickly and casually he went through the motions of appearing to clean out the webs. As you can see from the attached photos, he did very little in the area near the front door. I also would have appreciated a text message the day before the tech was scheduled to come to the house so that I could have left the screen door to the lanai unlocked. Since he could not get in, he could clear out the spider webs in the lanai or the rear windows. Hopefully, whoever comes the next time does a much better job.

They are quick and respectful and did a thorough job for my first pest treatment. Very communicative and willing to explain everything.

Ruben came and asked after what needed to be addressed. He took the time to go and care for the pool cage. I am grateful he did a good job and now can have my furniture and light back in place.

We are on the service plan. On yesterday s visit Joe left us a note to remind us to trim the palms away from the house. Have been busy and let that get away from me. Great inspection for the reminder

Jace is a great customer service representative. He was friendly and professional, and he helped me get my problem solved with billing. It was just a minor adjustment that needed to meet made to my auto bill and he helped me fix it and all is well, thank you Jace! It was a pleasure working with you today.

Horrible Experience, so first the instructions were clearly delivered to the sales person,instruction was ( I was renting and needed ONLY 1 time service on that rental property and then deliver the second and further treatments on my new property), then they deliver service on that rental again, charged me 150, and then now they pretend me to pay 250 cancellation fee. they did not deliver on my property and charged me for delivering services in another property, and on top of that they pretend me to pay for a cancellation? Get something local and with business ethics and practices that are reasonable.

Matthew went above and beyond by eliminating the sources of my ant problem in my backyard and front yard. He provided me with valuable information and found a nesting snake around my pool area. I am very impressed and happy with my service, today!

Ella did a thorough job in ensuring that my claim was received and dispatched for action...in spite of my inept computer typing skills. She patiently and professionally guided me over the phone as I tried sending her an email four times before getting it right. I would be a better person if I had the same patience she exhibited.

I spoke with Chris about updating my payment, and he was absolutely awesome! Super efficient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze. Really appreciate the quick turnaround and great service!

Brandon came to exterminate my home and yard. He gave me a quick and through explanation of what he was going to do. Even took off his shoes when he came in. He did a good job and I was happy with his work!

Eccoshield has been our pest control company for over 5 years and their service has been 5 star from the beginning. Chris,our eccoshield tech is always on time for our bi-monthly service appointments and he always checks to see if we have any new issues before he begins the service routine. He does an excellent job and we see very few pests during the 60 days between appointments. Highly recommend Chris and ecc.

Terrible service. Absolutely unprofessional. They no showed us a couple months ago- bold face lied to us. We have cameras and they did not come. We had another tech come out and still had issues. This time they did not schedule the appt. When we got a confirmed appointment they again no showed us. During our “window” they sent a text saying they are coming a separate day. Complete waste of time and still no service rendered. Now they want to charge a cancellation fee for services they never showed for. Absolute joke of a company - do NOT recommend
