This was the best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had! Chris was beyond professional. He was surgical. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and what he was using! My carpet looks better than new. Thank you Chris! Thank you Citrus Solution!

I called Chris on Monday afternoon, and he was able to schedule an appointment first thing Tuesday morning.He was very professional and curtious on the phone, and he also gave me an estimate. On Tuesday morning he called before he arrived, and he showed up a little early too! He was extremely professional, curtious, and friendly. He took his time and really seems like he enjoys his job and cares about customer satisfaction. When he was finished, he returned his equipment to his vehicle and came back with my service sheet/receipt. The price he quoted was exactly what was charged when he finished the job. The price is very reasonable for the quality of work he does. Every time I need/want my carpet cleaned, I'll be giving Chris a call. And I'll refer him to anyone I know in the area that needs/wants their carpets cleaned.

I originally had a cleaning schedule for Wednesday but due to events that happened weekend prior, I called Chris on No day the week of asking if he could accommodate me the following day which was a Tuesday. He got me in his schedule and did a SUPERB job! Prior to packing up, he wanted to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. His customer service is AMAZING not to mention the house smells so fresh from the products he uses. He also informed me of some carpet cleaning tips. If you want A1 knowledgeable and reliable service call Chris!! He is the BEST!!!

Wow! What a quality team...we had the furniture cleaned after a "baby accident" from our three year old. We asked them to do a few areas of carpet as well. They fit us in quickly, showed up on schedule and did an outstanding job. Price and quality of service is second to none. Good-bye Stanley Steamer , we have new favorite cleaner!

I rarely write reviews, but Chris is so deserving of 5-stars. He was exceptional and so professional. We had an issue with our new rug and he was extremely responsive, knowledgable and I can't recommend him enough!

Awesome results with Chris from CitruSolution. I’ve used this company 2 days in a row. Both times Chris arrived on time, very polite and courteous. He’s a professional and does a great job. Clean equipment. Great around animals, Chris kept me in the loop throughout the cleaning process. My 1993 Z-Gallerie velvet sofa looks and smells like new as well as an older oversized fabric ottoman that had stains from the baby and cat over the years. Fantastic job, will definitely use again. Chris takes his time with cleaning, an hour alone on the sofa. Very competitive rates and why feel uncomfortable in your home ever again with carpet or upholstery cleaning as so many do with Stanley Steamer? CitruSolutions is amazing! Chris is incredibly professional, punctual, understanding, accommodating, and not to mention great at what he does. The first time he came out was to do a cleaning on our grey sectional, which had been victimized by my toddler. He did such a good job that the sofa looked as if it were new after he was done with it. The second time he came out was to clean the carpet after the in laws were in town with their super shedding Rottie for 5 months! Not only did his extended stay leave a ton of hair deep in the carpet, no matter how much we vacuumed, but also that after stench was lingering. I am not a dog person and my daughter has allergies to his hair so Chris came to the rescue and did another job well done! We are moving soon and hope to continue this great relationship with such a professional and worth every penny kind of business. Also recommended to many friends. Keep up the great work!!!

I called Chris on a Monday and he was able to schedule me for a sofa sectional cleaning the next day. Chris arrived on time for the appointment and was extremely courteous and professional. Chris and his team did a great job cleaning my sectional and for a fraction of the price as other big-name upholstery cleaners. We have already scheduled Chris to come back quarterly to maintain the cleaning. The other great thing is that he uses all natural citrus products which is important to a family who likes to use green products and has young children. I highly recommend this company for all of your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

Chris and Jonathan were very professional.
They came when they said they would and inspected the unit (2bedrooms & living room) , explained the process, quoted a very reasonable and affordable price, and they went right to work. Took them less than an hour and a half complete.I will definitely continue doing business with them.

We REALLY were impressed with the services provided by Christopher and Jonathan. This was the first time he's cleaned our carpets and he's done an outstanding job! Fast and professional. Called for quote and a few hours later the job was completed. Extremely reasonable pricing. We've noticed the immense difference in our carpets especially on the tough spots. Not to mention he is extremely friendly and personable and we really enjoyed them actually, almost like guests in our house that day! :) We highly recommend him and this company.

Chris came out really quick and did 3 rooms of carpet for us! They were pretty dirty and came out amazing. 3 weeks later he didn't mind returning to clean our sofa with chaise lounge! Again great customer service and an exceptional product! Call Chris for all of you carpet or upholstery needs!

Citrus solution has to be the greatest carpet cleaning company in Tampa. They came to my house saw the stain I had in my carpet, he explained how he would try to remove them, and did just that. I was pleasantly surprised when he did. They also got out some stubborn stains on my couch as well, everything was handled in such a professional way. I am glad I called them. The prices were very reasonable as well.
