I received several quotes from various carpet cleaners in the area. I had my carpets cleaned once about a year ago and wasn't impressed. Citrus Solutions quoted the best price out of both times I've received quotes. They came to my house, were extremely courteous, and did an extremely thorough job. They even walked me through what they were doing as they were doing it. I would highly recommend them. You won't find better service for a better price. They were cheap but delivered the highest quality of service.

Edited to add: I did have only a few stains (out of many) show back up. I emailed Chris to let him know and he immediately replied and said he would be happy to come back free of charge to fix the spots. Again, I can't recommend them highly enough. Fantastic! I know of no other cleaning companies who offer that type of service. They moved my furniture at no additional cost and even cleaned an area rug I forgot to include in the quote.

Wow I must say Chris has definitely exceeded my expectations. I am so glad I called the right person for the job. He is truly a professional! My carpet looks great and the price was great as well. I have a pitbull and she had left paw stains on the carpet and left it pretty stinky, once Chris was done ,my carpet looks brand new. Also I must mention he was great with my dog she was able to be around him while he worked. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. Thank you so much CHRIS!! :)

Couldn't have had a better experience with CitruSolution. Called them this last Saturday because we just moved into a home that had pets and there were odors coming from the carpets. Chris picked up and was very friendly and willing to come out the next day, on a Sunday! We had quoted a couple other places too and after hearing the price he gave me coupled with a detailed explanation of everything they'd be doing, I was sold.
Chris arrived about 10 minutes earlier then the scheduled appointment which was nice considering all the other contractors have been showing up late. He let us know again what he was going to do and walked around the house to see the most problematic areas, then got to work. It took him about 2.5-3 hours to do the 4 rooms+hallway+master closet but he was super thorough. We were a little worried the orange scent would be overpowering but it actually was very enjoyable and very similar to a fresh cut orange. All in all, he made the carpets SO much better and the only stains that remained were some small ones that we figured there was no way anyone would be able to get them out anyways.
Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend going with these guys if you need a thorough but cost-efficient carpet cleaning done. Chris is one of the nicest people I've ever met and runs the company himself. Because of that, he clearly takes great pride in what he does and was even willing to include our master walk-in closet for free which we didn't mention when he first quoted us. One more huge thing to note is before he left he said that if in a week or two we weren't 100% satisfied and still smelled pet odors he'd come out again for free! Seriously a class act here. You're the man Chris, much respect!!

Chris did an amazing job on my sectional and rugs. A week later they still look and smell brand new. This is no small feat considering I have two Great Danes that basically own the couch. I’m shocked he was able to do such a great job. He even came out on a Saturday and was very thorough. Thank you Chris!

Chris is absolutely amazing. Very professional, very thorough and very timely! He arrived on time and finished when he said he’d be finished. Our couch was pretty badly stained and smelled from our dogs. After Chris finished, our couch looked and smelled brand new! We’re so grateful for Chris. We’ll definitely be booking with Chris again.

Everything was easy to coordinate. He arrived on time, was very kind and knowledgeable, and got right to work. We purchased a home that had cats previously and there were pet stains in all bedrooms. You would have no idea after Chris left. It was literally night and day!! I truly want to say thank you to Chris from CitruSolutions for coming in and cleaning my carpet. My carpet was on bad shape. I have a dog. She started having incidents in the carpet often and my carpet was wore out due to me not having enough time to keep up with it like I needed to. I have my own carpet cleaner, but this time I needed a professional. Chris came in and cleaned the heck out of my carpet. This review is a few days late just so that I can see the results. After my carpet dried, it looks great and has no smell in the carpet. Chris is very nice and professional. He was worth every dollar. Thank you Chris! You did an amazing job!

Christopher has now been out to my house three times over the last eight years for 3 separate sofa cleanings. His prices are on point as well. He always does an amazing job and makes sure the job is done right. He is polite, respectful, and professional. Christopher is very personable and does a thorough job. His citrus solution works and doesn’t leave your house smelling like chemicals.

Found Chris on google and came to us quickly as we had stains from water on our sectional that warranty refused to cover. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. He did an amazing job and our sectional looks new again. It was so good I had him do our patio furniture and bench in bedroom. Very reasonably priced and he was in and out in a jiffy.
