They were extremely professional and showed up on time. After listening to my concerns about my rugs, they went through everything they were going to do in detail. When I got my rugs back, I was amazed! They looked brand new. They were constantly updating me and my rugs arrived at exactly the time they promised. I highly recommend this company, and it is reasonably priced for the services they provide.

I called another service and left messages without a return phone call. Several days later when I finally reached someone they were unable to accommodate their 3 day guarantee.... as such I reached out to Ray and not only was he able to help me out, he came and picked up the rug, and dropped it back off saving me time and money. He was professional, reliable, great with his communication and the rug came out looking good for my upcoming friendsgiving party I was hosting that weekend. THANK YOU RAY. I will be using you again the future.

We received a free quote in our house from Ray who couldn't be nicer. The Oriental rugs had been ruined by the iRobot vacuum cleaner and by the dog when he was a puppy chewing at the fringe. All 3 of the rugs look brand new!!! Highly recommended!!!

NO STAIN TO DIFFICULT Boy did i strike gold when I found Ray the owner. I have an oriental rug that I purchased from Hong Kong back in the eighties and it had some coke a cola stains that other rug cleaners said they couldn't remove. Ray picked my rug up and provided me with a loaner rug while he worked extremely hard to remove some old stains. Well, Ray came to the rescue and my rug now looks brand new.

My rug was too long for the hallway and so I called Ray — he is full of energy and knowledge. Returned my call, showed up on time, gave me a fair quote to trim the rug length, remove the antiquated frills, clean it thoroughly and attach leather bonding to the underbelly. Kept me updated often, texting pics, and delivered the rugs himself! I highly recommend Ray for all your rug needs! I posted some photos so you can see his skill — very impressive. My 30-year-old dank and dark green Indian rugs now have an emerald sparkle, smell great and look brand new.

My mother lives in an Assisted Living Facility (ALF). Her apartment flooded with sewer water on a Wed. The staff member who contacted me that day informed me they had the leak under control. I visited her on Friday evening and discovered her entire 9X12 Karastan Persian rug was soaked with sewer water and dripping wet! I found Ray on the internet and liked the reviews. Much to my surprise, he came out that day, a Saturday, and picked up the rug. It took a couple of weeks for him to get the rug back in shape. It required multiple applications of disinfectant to remove the sewer smell. I am so thankful I contacted him. He was pleasant and professional. He made sure I understood the process. He also provided a detailed invoice with notes explaining all he had to do to save this rug. I requested to meet with the ALF director for reimbursement. The detailed invoice provided the additional evidence needed for the ALF to pay for the cleaning. I would highly recommend this company to take care of your rug. Ray goes the extra mile for his customers.

I would highly recommend Ray and his staff for the cleaning and repair of your Oriental rugs. One of our rugs was under the dining room table and had many stains due to unavoidable spills from grandchildren! The other had a torn binding and tangled fringe. Ray came to our home and suggested we remove the fringe and clean both carpets. We are so happy with the results! Our Oriental rugs are beautiful again and have a much neater look without that twisted fringe! We are grateful for Ray’s expertise, professionalism and great service!
