Ray did excellent work. We had a Chinese silk rug which was cleaned, and they redid the binding. Very satisfied.

I used Ray and Oriental Rug based on the positive reviews I read, so I decided to add mine. From the initial call to delivery of my clean rugs, Ray was the consummate professional. I called Ray after our home was flooded. We had 2 handmade Turkish rugs totally soaked by saltwater. Ray was awesome. He came when said he would, took away the rugs and hand cleaned and restored both back to their original condition. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Then he rolled and wrapped them for storage and delivered them back to us. If only all the rest of the flood cleanup was that easy!!

They did a great job on my Magnolia rug! So friendly, so knowledgeable, and very timely. The colors pop and they even fixed an area of fringe on the rug that was damaged. Highly recommend the cleaning service and don’t forget to shop the showroom in South Tampa. Call them! They are great!

I highly recommend Oriental Rug Care for cleaning and rug restoration. My Persian rug is very old and had been repaired previously. Oriental rug care cleaned the rug and restored it to like new condition. The colors are vibrant and repairs invisible. Ray came to my house, picked up my rug and returned it in beautiful condition. He also kept in touch with me during the process and sent photos so that I could see how things were going. I would definitely use Oriental Rug Care again.

My elderly mother had hand-woven rugs that she had had for close to 40 years but they had pet stains and some had frayed edges. Wow, just picked up my rug for a cleaning and it looks brand new. We had some red wine spillage from a party that wouldn’t come out, so I sent it to Ray and he (and his team) worked his magic. It looks great.

I have had my area rug in my tv room for about 5 years. Through teenage kids and parties it became dingy. Ray picked up my carpet and thoroughly cleaned it and delivered it back to my house. Ray and his team did a beautiful job cleaning and restoring a rug that had been used for three years then put in storage for about 20 years. He is knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. 5 stars for Oriental Rug Care! They did an amazing job with my Persian and Iranian rugs (Total- 4 rugs). I was very concerned about the delicate dyes bleeding, but they came back vibrant, clean, and perfectly preserved. Their expertise with hand-knotted rugs is obvious. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants their high-end rugs treated with professional care!

Ray came to our house to pick up our large oriental carpet to be cleaned. He took a runner as well as a “bundle deal”. He was able to tell us the country where they were made and style. The carpets were delivered looking much brighter and richer. Very friendly. We bought a pad for the runner as well, keeping it secure to the floor and softer.
