Drivers are very inconsiderate in oldsmar locations. Drivers take up a whole 2 small lane road in residential areas and dont move out the way. They drive over 40 mph through our neighborhoods...

These guys came out for the electric company to do tree trimming and are rude and ignore you when you are trying to get their attention. In addition to parking on your lawn without permission, Good luck trying to get through to someone to complain about their behavior. I guess the electric companies make sure they hire the cheapest help they can find and quality doesn't matter.

At approximately 5:00PM on 05/29/2019 I was driving behind a Davey truck in the Northbound lane on Lake Shore Blvd near Van Dyke Rd. in the Tampa/Carrollwood area. Traffic came to a stop to allow a small turtle to cross the road. The passenger of the truck got out and violently kicked the turtle towards the edge of the road. The turtle came to a rest outside the Northbound lane but not quite out of the road, causing the passenger to violently kick the turtle a second time, sending it flipping and rolling into the grass. Thankfully the turtle landed on its feet, not unharmed I’m assuming. This is disgusting behavior for any human to exhibit, not to mention entirely illegal under Florida’s laws. It’s disheartening to see such people employed at what’s supposed to be a respectable company. It’s my hope that the necessary action is taken against the cruel and criminal actions of your employee.

What a joke for a "Professional" company.. There is no question they are union. Today they were trimming electrical right of way in Hudson. A crew of 4 was a sight to behold.. 1 guy working and 3 standing there doing nothing. Total work time 8 minutes and thennwent and sat in the AC forr 15.. Do Not Call Daveys Tree service.

They came through and trimmed my tree near powerlines on behalf of TECO. Absolutely butchered it. It has never been hacked away in the past 12 years during routine pruning as it was today. None of the 4 crew members spoke English. I don't think they are trained and just haphazardly whack away. looks horrible and not professional at all. DO NOT USE This COMPANY.

Davey Tree Company did some work on my property, spent the entire day and when done they left 3 soda bottles in my yard. I called the office and was told a supervisor would call me in a few minutes.....after 1.5 hours I called back and was told she would call me soon. Still have not heard from them. I wouldn't hire them for anything. Horrible customer service.

Terrible! They were working on a neighbors property and figured they'd take my front yard over. Laying down, drinking sodas, whatever. Left their trash and gloves in my front yard for me to have to clean up. Seriously. Too bad I had to even leave 1 star. RUDE employees

Would NEVER let this company willingly near any of my trees! They were hired by TECO in Tampa to trim near the power lines & did an absolute hatchet job on every tree along our street. Huge beautiful oaks are now missing giant sections of their canopies & just look atrocious. Supposed to be arborists, but can’t imagine any educated arborists cutting trees in this manner. Not to mention, us homeowners would never be allowed to gain a permit to “trim” trees like this. City would never allow it. Disgusting on many levels!

This company is the worst. No management at all. The workers do as little as possible. Live in a community with 1600 homes and the yards are dead from over fertilizing. The weeds are taking over, dead grass, dying trees, never cutting the hedges. I could go on and on and on. They had a system to send in issues and they are never addressed unless you call the management in our HOA. This is the second community we lived in with the fifth lawn care company and they are by far the absolute worst. If I could I would FIRE them

City of Bartow…EPIC fail hiring Davey to “trim” trees by the wires, DURING hurricane season, at the end of the tree’s repair and regrowth season, leaving a tree completely lopsided, butchered, vulnerable to falling on my house in the next storm! Don’t hire Davey, they’ll put your tree in the GRAVEY!!

note don't know if they were going to steel it or not???? then they left limbs in trees over front fence and 3 cans of limbs in ditch out front for me to have to pickup for limb guys tomorrow very bad company teco is using homeowners beware!!!!!!!

Literally just ran me off the road. A string of 5 trucks on corner of Morris Bridge and Fowler. All in wrong turning lane just cut me off to get over. Not one slowed down or acknowledged they were in the wrong.

Davey tree service has been on 113th in Temple Terrace for the past two weeks. They are not arborist; they hack up trees instead of professionally trimming. They have huge contracts with TECO. They have removed beautiful big oaks and stated that TECO wanted anything in their easement removed instead of being trimmed to save money. The TECO easement is in people’s backyard. TECO cares nothing about the environment or the wildlife habitat created by the trees. I wish there was an alternative to TECO. They don’t care a bit about what the impact to neighborhoods is by removing the beautiful trees.

Thank u to the crew working on little lake rd in Springhill off us highway 41 they are amazing group of men they made coasters for my kids out of the tree in the yard for the kids at my house . Thank u

This company came out to cut trees in Weeki Wachee Florida and damaged my trees, my fence and butchered my front yard. They had no consideration for my truck parked in the driveway. I was on vacation at the time of the massacre, a week and half ago. I have since been trying to reach someone in reference to this problem to no avail. My truck has damage scratched up and a dent in my truck that was not there before.I have plenty of pictures of before and after and if this is not taken care of I will be on the phone with attorneys on monday morning. It was not just my property but dozens more that also had a problem. This company needs some major overhauls.

Davey’s should change their name to “Davey’s Tree Butchers”. They butchered my front yard elm tree so badly that I had to remove it. Their work on behalf of TECO is atrocious and the “Trail of Scars” they leave behind through South Tampa neighborhoods is a blight. I get that trees need to be trimmed away from power lines and such trimming benefits us all. But the Davey’s Butchers go much too far and seemingly with callous disregard for tree health! Shame on TECO for its “tree hacking” ways.

They came through my neighborhood cutting trees along the power lines for Teco. They blocked my driveway for over two hours which was annoying but I let it be. They asked us to move our cars so they could cut the trees above our driveway. So we did. They picked up the debris out of my yard and threw it in the ditch in front of my yard which I maintain. They also left debris in my driveway. I will be calling Teco and Davey Tree Service in the morning. I will repost with an update once I contact them.
UPDATE: before I woke up the next morning they had came back through the neighborhood and picked up most of the debris. There's still a lil left but just lil twigs and leaves which is understandable. I still think they should of never left it that way but at least they came back and cleaned most of it up.

This company came by unannounced to rip up the old sod in our yard. my brand new vehicle was parked in the driveway very close to the edge of the grass. When they were done my paint job was covered in Little Rock chips. Absolutely ruined one whole side of my vehicle. I called and left a message and it has been about 5 days with no response. I stopped and asked one of the workers about it today and he immediately became very rude and walked away cussing me. Extremely disappointed in this company that was chosen to do the work for our neighborhood.

Killed half my tree in my property bc Lakeland Electric told them to. What a complete joke of a company and even sloppier workers. Wish I could post a picture so you could see the damage they did . Hope this company goes belly up. Nobody hire these people

Daveys were cutting limbs from a neighbors tree by my church ( note church has no trees ) my grandfather the pastor walked up and spoke to the job manager derek sandoval-quevedo and asked him to make sure to have all the limbs off our property lawn we are a small family church and my grandfather who is 72 does the landscaping he himself cannot pick up the limbs derek assured he would have limbs picked up and even provided his business card he did not follow through 4 days later i call daveys customer service to let them know that the limbs were still there and the fact the job manager lied the woman rep assured yet again she would reach out to his management and make sure the limbs were picked up within 48 hours well here we are now a month later and the limbs are still on the property ! they may do a great job trimming trees but they are horrible when it comes to cleaning their mess and customer service .

This company has no remorse about tearing up peoples private property. So far they left tire marks & trenches on lawn . Thrown cigarette buds onto ground & tossed empty Coke cans behind my shed . That's not the worst , they damaged my fence and didn't say a word until discovered it . Then , I made company pay for it to be fixed. Please don't allow this company onto your property if you value it.
