Jay and Xavier were great. We had kiddo and fur baby stains throughout the bedrooms and living area which came out beautifully. I've never had a company come in to clean before and this experience was wonderful. If and when we need their services again, this is who to call for sure. 100% satisfied!

Dan and both his crews did an excellent job for me and were very accommodating with my last minute scheduling difficulties at both addresses. Tony was a very thorough and detail oriented tech and I couldn’t be more happy. They do more than just carpet cleaning too!! Don’t hesitate to call!

Yesterday, Quality Care Plus sent 2 delightful young men to clean some furniture for me. They did a fabulous job on my really dirty sofas and a chair. I recommend this company 100% for any cleaning you may need. I am sure they do great carpet cleaning also.

Outstanding!!! Dan made my matcha, chocolate, lipstick stained cloud couch look brand new. He was warm, quick, professional, and a pleasure to have in our home! He protected the floors with a soft mat, and went above & beyond w a furniture shaver to reduce wear and tear from my 3 cats. He showed us everything he got out of the couch in a bucket, at the end. The cleaning products he used scented our house beautifully. We will def be reaching out again for future carpet and upholstered furniture needs. Thank you Dan <3

I would recommend this company Quality Care. They did a great job removing stains. The technicians were very nice and told me to call if stains aren’t gone when it dried. They came back and treated again, all perfect !!

Amazing cleaning! Mark and Steve were the best ever. My 2 sofas, 2 chairs, 2 ottoman etc were almost ruined after being in storage. Sofas etc looks like new thanks to Steve and Mark’s diligence, knowledge base and effort. Kudos!👏👏👏

New owner and he did fabulous work! He cleaned our couch, loveseat and 2 recliners. They had pet stains and he did an awesome job on working to get the smell out of the furniture. We will definetely have him back out to clean my carpet when it's needed! Great, friendly and efficient service! Definitely recommend!

Mark transformed some dining room chairs into like-new condition. I appreciated also that he told me honestly that the living room sectional would not look as good if he threw everything he had at it. It was too far gone. His integrity, competence and high standards made me want to call him back for more work—which I have. Highly recommend!

Requested their service to clean up my area rugs, couch and 54 stairs! They not only did a great job but they were fast, efficient, at a reasonable cost! We definitely use them again.

The crew of two was very efficient and informative about the work. And friendly as well. My only complaint in the process was trying to work with the AI on the phone. The live phone people are helpful, but hard to get to.
