Dan from Quality Care Plus Carpet and Tile Cleaning was amazing! Our previous tenants left the carpets and tile floors in terrible shape — stained, dirty, and neglected. We were worried we may have to get new flooring! Dan was prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough. He managed to get out stains we thought were permanent, and both the carpets and tile look like new. On top of that, Dan is such a genuinely nice person — kind, respectful, and truly wonderful to work with. The whole place feels fresh and clean again thanks to his hard work. We highly recommend this company!

Steve & Mark were fantastic to work with. They explained everything to me throughout the process, they were super personable and funny, and they were incredibly thorough/caring of my couch. What was once a white couch turned brown from pet oils, they brought back to life and they also talked me through how to keep it protected. I appreciate them both and would recommend them again to anyone who needs upholstery or carpet cleaning!

The work was done quickly and exceeded our expectations. My rug was damaged after this company cleaned.. . It turned yellow and bleached after drying. Cleaner didn’t know what they are doing. Company refused to take responsibility, that be very cautious.
