A friend referred me to paid to maid when I was looking for cleaning services prior to moving and I am so glad that I found them. The service was amazing and most importantly very fairly priced. I will without a doubt be using paid to maid in the near future!

Purchased a truck recently that had a strong smoke odor inside the cabin, after trying countless aftermarket solutions my buddy recommended Paidtomaid I figured why not. After a quick look through of the cabin they isolated the odor, the cabin was revived to a new car scent and they even threw in a courtesy wash free of charge. 10/10 great service they did what I thought was impossible. I appreciate a company that advertises smartly(i work in marketing) , answers their phone, responds quickly with an estimate via email, text, whatever works for me!, and then can actually get the job done quickly and thoroughly. Very professional. Justin was awesome! It’s the details. I had a soft wash done on entire house Bc I have stucco and trying to put off painting for a bit -but don’t want the severity of a cheap pressure wash..and then of course- they soft washed porch and driveway bc..Westchase Hoa was out in full force and about to fine me. They protect your bushes, grass and ac unit. He didn’t park in front of my garage so i could park if needed. Little things! He held the tarp as i walked in so I didn’t get dripped on.. And made sure that when i take my doggie out the front porch It was rinsed.So everything is safe for her. Aside from that...my front door looks amazing! I’ve had the entire House pressure-washed before, and that was about $75 cheaper -but it took off paint and one of my soffets. Sooo..Not worth it. Highly recommend justin, paid to maid..and their Cleaning methods. I’ll be looking into interior cleaning services next!!! Thanks!!

One of the best maid services out there in Tampa. I’ve been going to paid to maid when they first open up wether it was my home or my vehicle. They truly care about there customers. There precise to little and big detail is outstanding. They’ll always go that extra mile to satisfy your need. If you need your house cleaned or your vehicle detailed to perfectionist, paid to maid is the business to call.

Wow what a great team!! transformed this filthy house the previous renters had destroyed into a beautiful home anyone would be happy to live in. They were accurate with time and pricing, and also very punctual and finely tuned to detail. I will be using them again for my future cleaning needs. Zayuly was hard working, very nice, and finished the job on time. Cant ask for much more then that, thank you guys again.

Paid to Maid is the MOST professional service I have ever used! Members of the friendly staff made sure every room in my house was spotless, pressure washed the ENTIRE property, & gave my pets outstanding care when I left for vacation (they texted me pictures/videos of my fur babies too!). It’s rare that someone goes above and beyond what you expect or paid for. Mark Pitts is truly a professional and trustworthy individual. Besides the pavers looking new he actually vacuumed the tracks of the sliding doors when finishing the work. This was unexpected. You may pay less elsewhere but I would use them and ask fir Mark in the future. Thanks for all you did Mark!

I hired the staff to pressure wash my driveway, sidewalks, patio area, and fire pit. The price was reasonable so I gave them a try. They exceeded my expectations in professionalism, expertise, and work ethic. Their rates are reasonable and well worth the investment in maintaining my house. Job well done!

I love working with Paid to Maid! They are on a solid rotation every two weeks to help clean my house and it has been the saving grace for my marriage, my sanity, and my time. Cleaning is the best investment for me because I enjoy coming home to relax instead of having more tasks. They are quality and responsive! Amazing

If you're like me you are skeptical of salesmen; particularly those involved with pool/patio/paver cleaning and sealing. There is no "authority" that sanctions these guys and almost anyone with a pickup truck, pressure washer and cell phone can start their own business. You get what you pay for.

We asked Mark (Paid to Maid) to quote us on the deep cleaning, re-sanding and sealing of our pool deck and front entry way. He gave us a quote and told us, "they would look as good as new." Well, I've heard that before so we invited three more tradesmen to quote the work. One of them took one look and told us he couldn't do the work - it was too difficult. The next one said the pavers had lived their useful life and needed to be replaced.

So we gathered some quotes from folks who install new pavers. They 'confirmed' that the pavers had lived their life and should be replaced. That's when we did some research and discovered that pavers have an expected life of 35 years - ours are less than 20 years old.

We then invited Mark to do a 'test patch' to see if he could back up his claim. It actually looked pretty good so we hired him and his company to strip, deep clean, re-sand and seal all our pavers.

The day he finished - it took four days - we couldn't believe how great the pavers look. In fact, they look better than they did when they were first installed.

He has sent a subcontractor - a pool guy - to help us restore the swimming pool to normal and a cement guy to fix a few pavers that came loose in the cleaning process.

At this moment we couldn't be happier and would be happy to allow you to see the pavers yourself - should you be wondering if Paid to Maid can deliver on their promise.

They killed 80% of all my hedges because they didn’t cover them when they wash the roof. They also did not finish the job. They refuse to return my calls. He block my number. Unbelievable how Mark did me. They left my driveway with white chemical film all over it when the had to go back on the roof to finish washing places they did not do the first time they were on the roof. They refuse to come back and clean it. They refuse to pay for the windows to be re-cleaned again. Again after the chemical bleed all over them again and washing parts of the roof. I really think they don’t have the experience with doing large homes. I pick them because they said they were a Christian base company. Kingdom men he says. Lies lies and more lies. He was trying to collect the balance before the job was done. He initially said I pay only when the job is done. Another lie!! Be ware of this company. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau! People need to know!!

As a rental property owner, I hired Paid to Maid to pressure wash one of my existing rental properties. Mark and Justin did an outstanding job of making the property shine. I felt that they were professional, courteous, and detail oriented. They arrived on time.. I I highly recommend this company and look forward to hiring them for other properties

Mark and his team power washed and sealed the pavers on my pool deck. Vey professional, competent, and friendly. And my pavers have come back to life! They also did a soft scrub of my entire driveway. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The team who came to my home was very professional from the accurate assessment of my home problems to their solutions which I was extremely pleased with at the final outcome. We got our porch, exterior of our house, and our windows soft cleaned and our front sidewalk power washed. Our house is a 1927 wood bungalow with many layers of old paint so we were worried it might all chip off, even with soft washing.We also had pretty bad mold built up around the roof, as well as on the front steps which don't get sun. Everything looks amazing now! The paint did not chip off, the mold is gone, and our sidewalk is white! Justin, the tech, did a great job and was super nice and professional, despite having to come two times due to Tropical Storm Eta. The price was really reasonable considering how much cleaning there was to do, plus it was the same as the free estimate we got beforehand. Highly recommend!
