I recently hired Wow Now cleaning for a deep cleaning of my apartment, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! From the moment I contacted them, the customer service was exceptional. They were responsive, professional, and accommodating in scheduling the appointment.

On the day of the cleaning, the team arrived right on time and came fully equipped with all the necessary supplies. They were friendly and respectful, taking the time to understand my specific needs and areas of concern.

The quality of the cleaning exceeded my expectations. Every corner of my home was meticulously cleaned, and I was particularly impressed with how they tackled tough spots that I had neglected for too long. The kitchen and bathrooms were sparkling, and they even took the time to organize some areas that I had mentioned were cluttered.

This was my first time using this company, the customer service support was excellent Veronica was very patient answered all my questions, she is a great listener. Liz and Elena were the two representatives they were on time. These two individuals were professional, courteous and very respectful. Both did an excellent job, I was very satisfied and will be using them going forward.

Edited: originally gave this company 5 stars because did a great job cleaning. However, since that cleaning the company has harassed me calling at all times of the day and night (this last call was at 8:30 on Sunday) asking if I need my house cleaned. I keep asking for them to stop, nothing has worked. Know that if you use them, they will mercilessly harass you to schedule another cleaning.

I needed a move out clean for my apartment and I am very satisfied with the service from the initial quote to the end. I was originally called the same day to discuss my different options and the person was very helpful with everything. I was sent multiple notifications on the days upcoming to my visit and the morning of. I was not able to stay at the apartment so I left instructions on key placement when complete and she was willing to accommodate. After seeing the results I am glad I went with Wow Now Cleaning. She even left a Sanitized tag on the toilet! Would definitely recommend again if needed.

Very good experience! They have good cleaners and high quality standard. Natasha was the first cleaner I had and she was stellar. Liza is my current cleaner and works hard to have a quality clean as well as listening for any details. She was training Ella today and my house is sparkling. As someone whose own mother worked as a cleaner when we first came to this country WOW Now Cleaning and supporting them is also a point of pride for me as it is a Ukrainian Women led business. I am happy with the quality, detail, and thoroughness of the clean.

Best Feedback is if it is a new client to give the cleaners some extra hours. I referred you to a friend and she was not thrilled with the level of clean. I do not remember who came to clean nor does she but it took a bit of time and it was not the same standard I received.

I’ve used this company multiple times now. These people are HARD WORKING!!!! My whole house shines when they’re done. Very pleasant & friendly but professional. I like that they offer different tiers of cleaning as well as special add-ons like a fridge or oven if desired. I won’t use anyone else after my experience with this company

So detail oriented, friendly, communicative! 10/10 recommend. We realized after she left she even cleaned the ceiling fan. Perfect for rental turnovers in the St Pete area if you want to make sure your property is taken care of
