Awesome company. I tried a few cleaning companies in Leeds and this by far is the best. Outstandingly professional, organized, friendly and most importantly - very good at cleaning!

We still don’t speak Spanish, but this session worked out ok. Dingna (sp) did a very good job, but we had a late startup due to my phone not recognizing her number. We did miss Caramota , however.

Working with Amer at Artificial Modelling was a game-changer. Their LOD/LOI 500 delivery was meticulous, and their constructability reviews saved us time and money.

I scheduled a premium cleaning for my house. Firstly the cleaner came late. Secondly she doesnt know the difference well between premium cleaning and basic cleaning. Thirdly, she left many places with dust, i had to tell her each time. Not great for the price they had charged me. Still requires more professionalism and expertise.

They show up on time (with confirmation texts at arrival and departure) and do a wonderful job. For me, it’s the little attention to detail that sets this company apart. If I have ever had a question or minor issue, Chris (the owner) personally reaches out and addresses it. When my soap dispenser broke during a cleaning he reached out to find out where I had gotten it and personally delivered it to my doorstep a few days later. I feel comfortable with anyone from this company coming in my home while I am at work. Plus, it’s nice to support a locally owned Tampa business that really cares about retaining its customers!
