North Tampa Irrigation has now done two separate jobs for us: a cap prior to construction work of an existing system and then a reinstall. Both have been exceptional experiences with high quality work. The reinstall work post construction was above and beyond expectation. Not only did they reinstall, they went above the call and reconfigured the system to make the original builder zoning make sense and water in proper regions. It's work like this where professionals take pride in their work and do what is best for the customer, rather than just doing a job quickly that is uncommon in the service industry today. North Tampa Irrigation does the work well, and does it the way you'd expect it done if you were doing it yourself on top of it all. I can't recommend them highly enough, and we've already scheduled additional add-on work as a result of the great experience.

We called Tampa Irrigation Services on short notice to cap sprinkler lines that were in the way of a driveway extension project. Luis went above and beyond to assess our sprinkler system and make recommendations that would save us from future issues. I will be using Tampa Irrigation Services for all of my future irrigation maintenance.

I had a sprinkler malfunction last month that I called around for repair. North Tampa Irrigation was quick to respond, and they were able to get a tech out to fix the problem. Very trustworthy, I was able to remotely open my garage door so they could access the control unit. Within an hour my lawn was able to receive water. Very knowledgable and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend for service!!

OUTSTANDING! Great communicators- Diana in the office told me when to expect them, gave me a reminder call and also called to let me know the technician was running 15 minutes late. When Lois arrived he introduced himself, fixed numerous issues with my underground sprinkler that I had not used for several months because of all of the rain. When he finished he explained what he had done, programmed the system for me and then asked if I had any questions. The price was very good. I am so glad my friend told me about this company! Call them, you will not be disappointed.

Luis is incredible. Should have written a review years ago when he first did the install. Extremely professional, hardworking and honest. If you need anything irrigation related that should be your only phone call. Worth waiting for.

It’s the time of year for demand to be high for irrigation companies, so I had to wait a couple of weeks for my appointment time. However, the wait was absolutely worth it. Luis was fairly priced, fixed broken sprayers, repaired a broke line, and had our system up and running in just a couple of hours. We would 100% recommend him if you need irrigation maintenance/repair.

Tampa Irrigation is consistently relaiable, thorough and easy to work with. I recently had an emergency where irrigation pipes were cut by another company doing tree work and Tampa irrigation got there quickly, stayed late and solved a problem. 5 stars!

This company is worth the wait of a week. I have had them come to my commercial office a year ago and the experience was very pleasant. The tech showed up, showed me what needed to be done, got it done, improved the sprinkler system with a few newer heads (water bill is lower now) and had no trouble getting the work done on time. And the price, for what was done was very fair and reasonable. So, I had some work done to my driveway and the sprinkler heads needed to be replaced. Same experience at home. When one of their employees to my office and now my home, the work is superb. The tech shows up on time or calls to let me know when he's coming. Every time so far, the tech is right on time. If I ask, the tech explains what's going on, tells me the fix and fixes it. No trouble whatsoever.

It's a company that provides what you need, does it well, charges fairly and does it on time. I really like this company. Best one I have had in 20 years.

Do not trust Tampa Irrigation to keep an appointment. The company will devise unfounded excuses for cancelling an appointment. There still exist individuals whose word is their bond. Being untrustworthy itself, Tampa Irrigation does not seem understand that. In the process of arriving at an estimate for a sprinkler system installation I gave my word that I would be available for a Tampa Irrigation representative to come to my home on a mutually agreed upon date and time.

Tampa Irrigation failed to inform me that there would be certain unnecessary stipulations that would place the appointment in jeopardy. In my case the secret stipulation was that Tampa Irrigation would call my home the day before the appointment and I was required to return the call promptly or the appointment would be cancelled.

The day before the appointment I was 60 miles from home. In recognition of my obligation to meet with Tampa Irrigation I returned home at dark on the day before the appointment. There was a message for me from employee Diana referring to the appointment and requesting a call-back. Although it was after 5 p.m. I did call as requested and left a message acknowledging the fact that I would be waiting in the morning as agreed.

Instead of using due diligence and retrieving an important call such as mine Diana broke our verbal contract and cancelled the appointment for an estimate. So beware, Tampa Irrigation cannot be trusted to keep an appointment or to even use a conventional means of communication in a diligent manner in order to avoid the unfounded cancellation of a legitimate appointment.
