Great company, maintained my lawn perfectly for the time I was in Tampa!!

We decided to discontinue services with J&M Lawn Services for various reasons. The icing on the cake was the customer service and attitude from the owner Juan. Fortunately for J&M they have a heck of a foreman named Alfonso. Basically he cleans up the mess and dedicates himself to the clients. WAY 2 GO ALFONSO!

My yard looks great. They are professional and reliable.They are doing a great job with my sprinkler system too. Nice people too.

Stopped service 4 months ago and continue to receive invoices that payments are owed from the company. Have texted and called every month with no response.

J&M lawn service is a first-class operation. They are skilled and professional. My property looks great.

This is by far the best lawn service I have been with and I have tried out 4 others in carrollwood area! Fast, reliable, good at what they do, great customer service! I’m so glad I found them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

No one hire them they give the worst service and they cussed me out

I have to applaud Juan, I made a mistake and posted a review about it. He reached out to me and we talked and came to an understanding. I look forward to seeing the positive changes he is making at J & M. Cheers Juan.

Jose and his crew are awesome...very timely communications, reasonably priced and the yard & landscaping has looked amazing every week. Highly recommended.

Had these guys for over 5 years. They would mow the grass but it was a stretch to get them to do anything else. Asked them to trim some Chinese evergreen by the pool and was told it would bedone in a couple weeks. They never showed up. Had to take out two ligustrum in the back because they were never trimmed back, even though they promised it was part of the service. Don’t fall for the sales pitch…it is as phony as Joe B..de.

Juan and his employees saved our 13 year old backyard loquat tree after being blown over by Hurricane Irma. As a longtime Carrollwood resident, I would recommend his company to anyone who appreciates excellent landscaping services.

Juan is ultra professional and they offer the best service hands down. No cutting corners here and extremely efficient. Also, for gold standard quality the price is unbeatable!

Pretty poor service, I would not even call this lawn service. Rude people and they don't even take care of your lawn. I have a ton of growing weeds all around in front, back and sides. They didn't even take care of cutting grass, weedeating, and do not want to take care of it. I would not recommend these people. If someone is paying them to do a job, they need to do the job

We have been so pleased with this company and owner is very responsive. We have used them for over a year and so thankful we found them! Professional, reliable, does great job and still keeps affordable prices. I recommend to everyone!

It was a great experience having them service my lawn! They're super quick in responding, and we're able to have my first cut done the next day after contacting! I'm very pleased and would definitely recommend! Thanks again guys!

This morning, I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate.

First thing I noticed was the Male that answered the phone sounded very distracted and pre-occupied. Not very professional. He didn't brand the business name, and never offered his name either.

He asked me to text him my name and address, and agreed to come by this afternoon. So, I did what he asked.

Well, the entire afternoon has gone by, and no one from this company ever showed up. This guy didn't even have the decency to let me know he wasn't coming!

This type of behavior has become the norm for so-called "business owners" in this day and age. Everyone is inconsiderate, with absolutely no character.

Now I've learned, you can't rely on the 5 Star ratings shown on these Google reviews. They're most likely fake....

I appreciate that this company responded to my inquiry and got me on the books when I desperately needed help. However, they are completely over priced, $160/month for a couple of guys to ride mowers around my yard, weed wack a couple areas, and blow off the walkway (into the flower beds). No edging on the walkways, street, or driveway, no shrub trimming, nothing except basic mowing. I will say they kept a schedule that kept my lawn from growing out of control. IMO this company overcharges for minimal and basic service just because they can.

Tremendous, high quality service all around! They were extremely professional, timely, and very efficient in all their work. Could not ask for anymore! Will be using them for any lawn services needed and highly recommend you do too!

These guys are great! When I called to signed up it was a very easy process for a great price ! They will always work with you on timing and Maintence. 5 stars !

J & M has always done an outstanding job regarding maintaining my yard. They're always on time and very responsive to any requests ir issues.
