D&Y Tree Services of Tampa definitely provides the over and above great service! They were prompt, professional and precise with the palm trimmings as well as removing two pine trees. They also were very nice to work with and completely cleaned everything to perfection. I will definitely reach out to them again for any future projects.

The team was punctual, considerate of my neighbors, and did a fast, clean, efficient job of a massive tree in a tight spot. Hardly knew they were there. I hired someone else first, and they started off on the wrong foot. D&Y doesn't advertise much, but they popped up first and I'm glad I found them. Great price, too. I'm gonna contract them for the trees at my mom's house too. They're licensed, insured, and they emailed me their stuff up front without asking. These are the types of businesses that thrive

They were quick, efficient, and made sure to get every branch cut properly. They cleaned up well and took care to not have branches fall on plants or cars. All for a good price.

My neighbor had a GIANT Oak Tree (many tons, probably 200 yrs old) professionally removed by D&Y Tree Services. The tree was so large that it spanned the roofs of both our houses and was adversely impacting both of our properties - it is not an exaggeration when I say that the tree limbs of this tree could each be a tree of their own lining a street!

Dani and his crew were exceptional! They were polite, professional, and proficient in their tree removal. They showed up early in the morning (on time) - with coordinated crane operator alongside and went to work immediately, working from 8am to 6pm each day over the course of 2 days. They were methodical in taking down the tree, with emphasis on safety and efficiency. After each hard day of work, they still managed to clear all debris from our properties and left the road and driveways in the condition that they had found them prior to starting the project.

I was especially impressed by the fact that there was no damage or accidents to either people or property during the entire course of this project. Since they were able to take down such a large tree with some access limitations that they overcame, then I have FULL confidence in their ability to take down any tree that you might have need to be taken care of.

Needless to say, I would highly recommend them and I am doing so publicly via this post and I will do so personally via word of mouth.
In fact, I have a (much smaller) tree in my front yard which I will work with them to remove in the near future.

Excellent service! I had 3 palm trees that were sick removed. The crew from D&Y were great. They were efficient and hard working.And was a fair price. Duran and his team were great to work with! From the time we met to discuss the scope of work and work up the order to the time the work was completed Duran and his team did a great job of communicating with me. I priced 3 other companies to have three camphor trees trimmed and a cherry laurel removed, including stump grinding for the cherry laurel. I found D & Y to be the best in terms of value for cost. The trim and cleanup team were super efficient and got the job done right and quickly. I definitely recommend this company for tree trimming, removal, and stump grinding.

These people came to cut a tree for my neighbor next door and the tree fell onto my dock and destroyed it. They’d given me a card prior to this happening and I’d contacted them for months to which they ignored me. They never told me of this happening, I came out the next morning to walk onto it as I always did and found it this way. I simply asked that they clean up their mess if not rebuild my dock entirely. They stated they had indeed cut down the tree that fell onto my dock but that it was not their fault due to the dock being “old and rotted”. This is a sad excuse for a company whom severely disrespected me and have left me very unhappy. I continue to stair at the remains of my dock day after day. These folks are incompetent and irresponsible quite frankly

Easy to schedule free quote. They were quick to get back with a fair price for removal of two trees and significant pruning of three others. Easy to schedule service. They arrived on time, did the work, cleaned up, and left behind a happy customer.

Dani and crew did a very professional job for us ..trimming back about 18 oaks at a very fair price! Very efficient and friendly. They are my go to trimmers now ! Cleanup was excellent and they did more then they had on their proposal without addl charge. Great

This was the best company we could have chosen. Because of time constraints, someone came out on a Friday at 6:30 p.m. to make sure they could go over things with me and answer any questions. They detailed everything that would be done. Customer service is a BIG deal for me. So much so that this was the only company we got a quote from because the owner did such a great job. They came on time, cleaned up, and stayed late, while it rained, to make sure they finished.

Thanks to Dany, Duran and team for an excellent job trimming our paurotis palm cluster that is 30 feet high and also our sea grapes. Also blew leaves off of our roof while they were up there. Yovani, Reiler, and Abilio had the equipment and gear to do it efficiently and beautifully. Great job and highly recommended!

Great tree work at a good price. Danny and his crew did an amazing job trimming trees all around the property. Very professional and took extra caution in tight spaces where they had to maneuver the machinery. I will be using them again in the future. Thank you D&Y!

Hard working crew, they worked from sun up to sundown. The company was hired to remove a huge oak limb that fell off our neighbors tree.

The end result is my yard was used to remove the neighbors tree. This happened without my authorization. My back yard is in short, destroyed. When confront via email he's response was "I'm sorry but we discussed it" . Never ever would I have authorized this scope of work to be preformed using my yard as a staging area. Three quarters of my 40' tall bamboo was cut to the ground. A 12 x 12 paver patio was destroyed, my backyard has to be releveled. He's response was, I'm sorry. He did offer to have his men repair my paver patio. He was directed not to touch anything more. His crew doesn't have the skill-set to rebuild it. I strongly feel its a laugage barrier. If you hire this company have a spanish speaking person to interpret

UPDATE:
I initiated a on-site meeting.
He agreed he never told us our backyard was going to be used as a staging area. He said "it's the only way it could be done. It wasn't my tree to sacrifice my backyard!
He said he can't repair my paver pad, he doesnt have the expertise. This was all I was asking to be done. He never offered to bring a paver company. I offered to pay the damaged area caused by the tree .
He was more concerned about my removing this review. Unfortunately this is going to court Very disappointed zero effort to rectifying the situation. I am a huge supporter of small businesses, but theres risk.

I accidentally received a text message from Duran about tree service and responded because we had an immediate need after a lightning storm. Branches had fallen from a tall tree and was blocking the driveway. Duran gave a quote the same day and completed the job the next day for a reasonable price! We have found our Tree guy and will share his contact info due to his professionalism and great service!

Today they cut down a tree that was an annoyance. They did it efficiently and quickly. Great service and great price!
