Every time I have had Integrity Pressure Cleaning do a job for one of my communities it is always completed in a timely manner and always looks great! Micah is always quick to respond.

I have used Micah and Integrity for well over 8 years now. They come when scheduled, do an outstanding job, and their prices are very reasonable!

Unfortunately my pets feet were hurt and bleeding upon walking through our sub division after they had cleaned. When I called to let them know I received a simple response that it is your HOA’s responsibility not ours. No Sympathy, No Empathy, No Integrity. Very Disappointed.

If I could rate negative stars I would! This company is called Integrity but they don’t have any, unfortunately.

Paver Sealing Review

A few weeks ago I reached out to Integrity Pressure Cleaning to seal some pavers I just had installed in the back of my house. After reading multiple reviews from Sealing Companies and reading about the multiple sealer options on the market, I finally selected Integrity for this job.

Three individuals came out and spent at least an hour cleaning the surface. This is a key initial step based on the multiple reviews I had read. After a very detailed cleaning, they then applied a few coats of the sealer. I am very pleased with the results. The pavers now have a very nice sheen!

You will be very pleased with your decision if you hire these guys.

They arrived on time and did a good job of cleaning my dirty driveway and sidewalk. They even cleaned the dirty concrete edging between the sidewalk and my bushes which was a nice bonus. I have used their pressure washing services multiple times in the past.

The integrity team, from the customer service, scheduling, and day of service, did a professional job. My driveway and sidewalks are shining again and no hassle from my end. They did all the work. Very affordable too. I will be using them from now on.

We had looked on line and Integroty hsd posted picture of a neighbors house after the roof was pressure washed, night to dayight difference in color. Thats what sold us on them originally, that and they used water, not chemicals, and they were under half the price of another company.
Why we would recommend them is the good service they gave and the hard work they put in.

They came in today and the guys were polite they did a good job but my sidewalk was left with mold stains and they are saying that is discoloration, grease or stains from fertilizer neither one of those allegations are true. I went with them because they were given a five-star review from previous customers and because they gave us a lower quote is true when they say "you get what you paid for". We should have gone with the previous company that quoted us more and they would have done a better job than this company since they had done our house before but me trying to save money I regret my decision having to hire this company. I have also just now received a phone call from one of their people and he had assured me that he will send them back to me to have more chlorine put on the sidewalk I told this person this isn't going to resolve it pouring more chlorine on the mold you need to either pressure wash it or use the rotator brush on it you need to let them know that he said he would talk to them. If they show up and resolve the issue I will change my rating if they don't it stays as is. :-( OK the guys came by and tried to resolve the matter by adding some chlorine to the mold stains some of it came off because they used the rotator brush the rest of the stain some still remain. I am only giving them four stars because even though they say the mold is tough to remove other companies I have hired before didn't have a problem removing them.

I can't say enough about this company. The two men that cleaned my property were AWESOME! They went above and beyond the call of duty. I am recommending you to all of my friends via fb. Thank you so much Integrity. See you this time next year.

This company uses a horrible toxic chemical spray, doesn't pay attention to what they are doing, left mass amounts of property damage behind, and sprayed areas that were closed off to them as well as helped them selves to step over my fence, use my hose, mess everything up and then not even pressure wash the property properly.....

Resident here since 2006 so First off when you come to pressure wash and the owner has the gate locked that means to skip their house. Not spray over the fence. and if you are going to spray over a fence then LOOK AT WHAT UR SPRAYING. You guys hit an open outlet and it shorted out both my bathrooms!!! Not just that I didn't want those toxic bleach chemicals all over everything. It is all over my plants, my windows, everything. My gate was locked for a reason. The paper clearly stated to unlock the gate otherwise you would be skipped. So my gate is locked, you could see nothing was moved out of the way or covered, yet you decided to spray over my fence and just spray wildly all over my property. The residue it left behind is horrible, thick, and caused all kinds of damage. Secondly, I came running outside to tell you all to stop which you did and were nice about but hey damage done. When you came to the front of the house you sprayed that toxic chemical all over but did not actually pressure wash and clean up any dirt, mold, or clean the area as professionals would do. You can see the photos of all the green mold on the walls left behind. Secondly, I put up a fence so people would not step in my garden area and most importantly not try to use my hose because 1. no one knows how to operate the self winder and 2. that's my water bill. Well you guys stepped over the fence, stepped on top of my garden rock, broke the self winder, used my water, and left the hose out because it couldn't be put back inside the holder since the winder was now all messed up. It also was not turned off properly and I came home to see it leaking out all over the place at 1 am. We had just spoke prior to you doing this according to my videos so you could have knocked on the door and asked to use my hose, I one hundred and ten percent would have come out and let you use it instead of you messing everything up. I honestly would not have cared if you would have asked and not just did what you did. You guys also got over spray of that toxic chemical ALL OVER my car, again no big deal if you would have TOLD ME so I could washed it instead of it baking in the sun all day ruining my paint, I had to wash my car at 230 am because after watching the footage back I saw you sprayed my car down, YOU COULD HAVE JUST TOLD ME, You guys pay no attention to detail or should I say lack of care because you cant pressure wash a ring door bell and I st8 up have it being slammed with water on the camera. You just sprayed whatever not caring what got hit or what was in the way. All of my windows have this HORRIBLE coating on them, its not water stains, its a thick nasty crusty feeling coating so now all the windows have to be cleaned and I have to remove all the screens to clean this whole mess up. Besides everything being ruined by all of this the absolute worst part is whatever you sprayed got into my dead bolt lock on my door. My key will barely slide into the lock and I can barely get it out. I used WD40, I tried using and googling everything and my lock is ruined. That needs to be fixed or replaced, also my garbage can was MIA so at 2 am I was wondering around like a heathen criminal going up to every single door to find my trash can which happened to be all the way at the end of street in some shrubby. Its the fact that there was zero attention to what was being done and all of my property being ruined. and the carelessness when you simply could have knocked on my door and come and got me. You don't just use someone's property with out asking or step over a fence. and now I have things that are ruined because of your negligence....

I know that I am a very tough customer. I expect to get the utmost in quality for every dollar that I spend. With that being said, I can easily say that Micah and his crew at Integrity Pressure Cleaning are worth every penny. I found Micah to be honest, hard working, greatly respectful, and most importantly, completely fair. His influence was evident in his demeanor, his workers, and his family. Don't take my word for it, call him yourself. Take a look at his webpage and look at the pictures (the last 4 pictures on the right hand side are of the work he did at my house). Big shout out to Victor and Jesus for the awesome job they did.
Its fitting that Integrity is in their name because they do stand up to it.

I have worked with Integrity on several large commercial projects. They are organized, on time and professional. Their crews go above and beyond to make sure the jobs get completed with little to no issues. Great customer service from their entire team.

Integrity Pressure Cleaning did a great job on our Tampa home. They cleaned/sealed the pavers, cleaned the pool screen and cleaned/treated the roof. Micah patiently explained exactly how his team would do the work, and how they chose their methods and materials. The team arrived on time, was very friendly and hard working. Assuming the cleaning lasts as long as discussed with Micah, we will definitely call Integrity again!

I hired integrity Pressure Cleaning twice before in 2011 and 2014 to pressure wash my driveway and patio. These same areas were due for cleaning again. Plus I also wanted to inquire about cleaning the roof mildew that was real bad this year. So I called them at 10:30am on the Friday morning before Easter weekend. I was hoping to get the job done within the next week or so. The owner Micah answered the phone and fielded all my questions, then said he could make it out to my house the very same day. Even though his crews were on paid vacation for Good Friday, he decided he'd come out the same day and do the job himself! He arrived around 4pm and spent a couple hours working hard to clean the driveway, sidewalk, curb, patio and roof. He then even cleaned my gutters and some mildew that was on the front of the house! Needless to say, I was thoroughly impressed. They had always done great work in the past, but this was above and beyond. You only hope to find businesses like this nowadays. Integrity Pressure Washing is a solid business. I highly recommend them!

Micah and the cleaning crew from Integrity Pressure cleaning were amazing. Micah was very polite and professional. They showed up and did the work when promised.
My roof had years and years of moss growing on it, and after the cleaning dried, I could see yellow, instead of green!
One phone call to Integrity, and they came out right away and did a second cleaning for no charge .
The roof is amazingly clean!
They were very conscientious about spraying down landscaping before and after cleaning !
I will definitely use them again and also recommend them highly !
