Naturescapes did a great job! They replaced one side our yard that had a thick difficult turf grass with new sod and installed downspout drainage. Eddie was very responsive and stayed in communication throughout the entire project! Highly recommend Naturescapes!

Ron and his team really do take good care of my lawn. I’ve tried many before and all I did was waste money. Ron within two weeks of putting the right fertilizer for my grass was like day and night. Very impressed and I could not recommend him enough. They are very nice people also. (See the before and after)

Been with Naturescapes since I bought my home in 2020. Father and son working together gives the best of both worlds, lots of experience with modern approach. Eddy is easy to talk to and very responsive. Last year after a new pool addition, they completed the pavers and landscaping in the backyard and just completed the front landscaping last month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Had a small job that they were able to squeeze into their schedule. Excellent work at a fair price. Great group of gents doing the work that even gave advice on things that didn’t pertain to the job I hired them for. You could tell that they took pride in their work. Actually the county hired them to remove a very large live Oak across the street from my home, they were all very professional very friendly and I was impressed at how they got the job done. good job guys I had fun watching the whole thing take place👍🏻

My partner and I called this company for tree trim. We really liked the salesperson that came out and gave us an estimate. We told him we definitely wanted to work with him but needed a breakdown of the estimate. We called and called multiple times. Sometimes he was busy or at court (?) and would tell us he would call us back. He said he would need to come evaluate the tree again and asked when we would be available. We are quick about responding and let him know a morning time frame. All we get are repeat texts almost like a robot response. It’s been a week we have been back and forth with no answers. A tree branch already fell off and he even acknowledged the anxiety we had about getting this job done soon but hasn’t not helped us with moving forward with a plan. It’s unfortunate that this company is not holding their employees accountable. I’m not sure if I get a different salesperson if it would be different but this one at least doesn’t seem to really care whether this company gets business or not apparently. Be responsive and do what you say you’re going to do.

Pete and Ron's Tree Service is great! The office personnel, especially Elizabeth are professional, understanding and works on getting things done. Always pleasant. The crew is on task, very careful (I had two trees fall over the Koi pond) and did an excellent job. Clean up was excellent. I highly recommend them. This is the third time I have used Pete & Rons. They pruned the large Oaks in my front yard and over part of the road. They are always on time and work efficiently. I had a large pile in the front yard. I was pleasantly surprised when they showed up with the claw to pick up the debris. You cannot go wrong with this company. They are awesome.

They did a great job in reviving the tree and stump. They communicated with me during the entire process, which I appreciated immensely. Everything was done the way I requested. I will definitely use their services again.

Pete and Ron’s were great! I highly recommend them. We chose them over the other because they had their insurance provider clearly listed in their website, they had the best price with included stump grinding, and they also had a coupon in the Valpak that took $200 off. So all in all they had the best price and we had the peace of mind if anything happened while on the job they were insured. We had a large laurel oak removed and they did a great job. Once again I highly recommend them.

Excellent job. Removed tree branches overhanging our roof. Cleared all the debris and picked up cut branches later in the day.

Pete and Ron’s Tree Service was very professional, reliable, and helpful. They arrived on time and removed several ancient shrubs that had become dangerously brittle. They also trimmed all our trees in an artistic, respectful manner and cut down a large patch of bamboo. Our yard was left very neat and clean. They stuck to their estimate despite going over and above our expectations and made paying convenient. The office staff was friendly and easy to talk to. We love our Seminole Heights yard and deeply appreciate the way Pete and Ron’s Tree Service made our property safer and more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Company doesn’t take accountability!!! Their crew was working on a wide street where we were parked and ripped the front bumper off of our car. Didn’t have current insurance to provide. The office woman claimed the owners were out of the country and would call me back on Monday to take care of this. Received no word. Car was declared totaled due to their negligence and I couldn’t even get a “Sorry”. I can’t imagine how they would treat people who actually use their services.

Scott came out to our house and listened to my concerns about the giant oak tree in our front yard and what I was looking to have done with some smaller trees on the side yard of my home. He was extremely knowledgeable about the types of trees in my yard and what might happen if we let some of them grow any larger. The quote was reasonable compared to some of the others I received regarding the same project. The team that came out to do the work was great! They were quick and efficient. Within 45 minutes they completed all the work and did a great job. I would use their service again in a heartbeat!

Worked with us closely to trim what we needed and what was healthy for the trees to give them a good shape and to be able to deal with hurricanes properly. We felt completely comfortable with them, their professionalism, and their ability to do the job safely. Definitely recommend them ... it pays to hire licensed and certified professionals if you care about your trees!

Very professional from the office, the estimate, and the work accomplished. Now I feel comfortable knowing that there is no falling tree limbs hanging over the roofs.

Pete and Ron’s Tree Service did a fabulous job trimming out grand oak in the backyard. It was in a very challenging location in relation to our patio, pool, house, and our neighbors’ yards. They were professional and very pleasant to deal with. They generated a proposal including their experience and qualifications before they left our house on their initial visit. They did it in their truck! They did their best to help us get what we wanted while making sure we understood that they could only trim up to a certain amount to stay within the city’s rules and regulations. They were very timely in getting the required permits and in getting the job done. They also took time to understand our specific concerns as it related to protecting the pool, patio, travertine and backyard landscaping. I also felt like they provided great value at a fair and reasonable price. To me, the job they undertook for me just looked more difficult than the pricing would have suggested.

I've used Pete and Ron's for two major jobs in recent years. One involved a large grand oak that has been in my yard for over a 70 years, and I didnt really want to see it removed. The certified arborist examined the tree and determined that a trim would ensure that the tree was, in fact, safe and should satisfy my insurance company's requirements. Nevertheless, I was concerned about the willingness to accept this solution.

The crew removed the "offending" limb promptly and cleaned up the cut limbs and leaves. Nothing was damaged and the cost was less than I expected after I added on a few more tasks.

Even better, the insurance company was pleased with the results.

I have been customer of Pete & Ron's Tree Service for many years and have been extremely pleased with their service. They keep my trees in excellent shape and are very professional throughout the process. When you call, a real person answer's the phone. Their are most efficient in scheduling the work, estimating the price, completing the work and following up afterwords. Can't go wrong with this company.
