Even though this review may start out negative it is actually a positive review please read on. So my experience is a little different than most I am a neighbor of somebody who hired this tree service. The first crew that came out asked if they could use our yard and they were super friendly and promised that they would clean up and they had to remove part of a tree in my yard which was fine with me and promised me all sorts of things. They showed up the next day to actually do the work and did not do what they told me they would do on my side but did use my yard and put the big truck in there. When I happened to look out they were back on the street and done with what they needed to do from my side and I asked the man why he didn’t do it he promised me. He gave me a story that they didn’t really need to cut part of my tree back and he just figured I would rather keep it. But we discussed the day before that I was happy to have that part of the tree down because it was dropping limbs constantly and it’s a tree growing from the neighbors yard. Granted I did not hire them but they were using my property to complete their job and they offered what they did and I just expected that to be done. I called the company spoke with a lady (I think Tiffany?) super nice, in the office who had another lady (Melissa?) called me back and she had a gentleman (Steve?) call me back and he said he would get it taken care of. The next day another crew showed up at the house and took care of everything that the first crew was supposed to do. I’m a manager over crews in my job and I understand sometimes they don’t do what they’re supposed to do. But kudos to this company for making it right and going above and beyond what I asked them to do to correct it, and if I ever need tree service I will definitely call you. Thank you so much for correcting the issue. I believe this company is upstanding most companies would try to ignore you and not take care of an issues but they stepped up to the plate and hit a home run!

Pete and Ron's Tree Service did a great job taking out a large laurel oak that was rotted inside. They were professional, prompt and very careful. They left the property in great shape, and cleaned up afterward. They really went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them. They have been in business for a long time with a great reputation, and it is easy to see why! Thank you very much for a job well done!

The work done to trim my trees was quick and very professional. All debris was removed immediately. I would hire Pete and Ron's Tree Service again if/when the need arises.

Pete and Ron’s Tree Service took down a large dying laurel oak tree in the back of my office building. They were prompt, communicated exactly what they were going to do ahead of any work, did no damage whatsoever, and cleaned up the area after they were done. Their prices were competitive and I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks guys

This is the 2nd time I used their service and am very satisfied with the results. I like that there is no charge for an estimate and that they cover all bases, have their own insurance and have a good standing with the Better Business Bureau.

This company is well experienced and prepared with all the right large and small equipment and trucks.
They were here to cut down and remove a tree and prune others. Were fast and efficient. Left the place spotless within 2 hours. Loved that the men spoke my language and were so friendly. Will always call them again!

They made amazing and quick work out of a tree removal that many others said just could not be done. The crew was on time courteous, professional and efficient. When they were finished you could not even tell they were ever there. Except they left the yard actually nicer than it was when they arrived. Well done!! I definitely recommend!

My mother contacted Pete and Ron’s Tree Service to clean up some overgrowth in the back yard. She spoke mainly with Mike to get the job details settled. Mike was professional and made sure he understood exactly what she wanted done. Their estimate also came in as the most reasonable of all of the companies she contacted. On the day of service, the crew arrived on time. They were efficient, polite, and did everything exactly as it was agreed upon. They worked as a team so well that even some of our neighbors commented on how easy the crew made things look. When they left, everything was cleaned up and pristine. They were timely, communicative and friendly. We have two huge oak trees that cover our house that needed a lot of maintenance. The crew was solid and updated me regularly on their progress. A good price and a great job.

The arborist outlined a plan to trim our hurricane damaged oak tree and the follow up tree trimming and debris removal team did an efficient and neat job.

I interviewed 5 different tree service companies. Pete & Ron's price fell in the lower - median price range.

Because Pete & Ron's knowledge, integrity, reputation, and expertise, I believed they were the best qualified for the job. Not only did they send an arborist to ensure the work was done within the legal guidelines, but their licensing provided me peace of mind, especially when trimming tall tree branches over my screened pool & patio.

Also, Erica was a great resource. She made the appointments, sent reminders, and followed up to ensure the service met my satisfaction. I appreciate her professionalism and genuine concern for my needs.

**Beware of cheaper competitors who are not licensed or not a certified arborist.

They were the only tree company that followed up and were true to their word. Their staff was always responsive and polite.

First time using Pete and Ron tree service from Mikes estimate to the finish product I was pleasantly impressed. The crew arrived on time and got right to business. Justin and Jim were amazing very professional they left everything clean. I would definitely recommend them. And the price was very reasonable.

We are very happy with our tree removal service and pruning service. Bob was wonderful when doing our estimate and provided us with additional information regarding care of other trees on our property. There was not a single leaf left on our property when they left. Very impressed with quality of work and price.

Experience, Equipment, & Insurance. 3 keys of a great tree co.- Pete & Rons has them all, plus great people! We are SO glad we hired them for 2 HUGE oaks , one trimmed, the other removed. P&R had all the extensive equipment needed (including a full size crane to lift some of the tree over the house from backyard!) & with 50+ years experience they handled it all w/no problems. Hard working & friendly crew, very reasonable cost for the work- thank u P&R!!

I have used Pete and Ron's Tree Service for over 20 years and have always been impressed with their knowledg and expertise. This last crew was great! They consistently asked about modifications to the trimming etc. The gentleman with the "claw" for tree debris removal was awesome! I swear he could pick up a nickle with the claw without difficulty! The office staff has always been welcoming and efficient as well..
