I've just started using C&J Property Clean Up LLC but they did an initial cleanup on my yard and I am very happy with the results! Ms. Jessica answered every question I had and her team did a lot of work for a great price. They showed up on time and were very professional. My flower beds are starting to become more defined, and I'm looking forward to seeing how my yard continues to improve with their service... I highly recommend their service.

Wow! Best phone call I ever made. We have been putting off doing the yard and trash removal because it was such a huge job. We had called a couple of places, but they either didn’t show up for the appointment or never called back. Jessica at C&J Property Clean up LLC, answered the phone the first time. She came out for an estimate when she said she would and quoted a price. She stated she could get the job done in a day ( we were doubtful because it was a big job). Well true to her word, she had the work done in a day. She had 4 wonderful men that worked hard all day and she stopped by a few times to check in on everything. Jessica was always communicating with us and followed through with everything. I would not only recommend C&J Property Clean up LLC, but I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs, yard work, hauling or anything else done on there home. I called, and Jessica and her crew had the job done within 24 hours! A HUGE firepit FULL of trees and weeds over your head. And near 3/4 of an acre, of what looked liked an overgrown Sunken Gardens. I could go on and on! They worked so very hard and fast. Jessica is extremely professional and personable and so was her crew. This was not an easy task, and they handled it with care.

The team arrived and got right to work once understanding the needs of the project. They gave their professional opinion on one aspect which saved me TONS of money! This business is incredible! They showed up on time and ready to work, I had a garage full of unwanted items and I honestly thought it would take them hours but they turned an all day job into a 45 minute job. They were efficient and persistent and very friendly. The prices are absolutely amazing and I loved how courteous and reliable Jessica and her team were. I cannot recommend this company enough! I reached out to C&J for some lawn care at one of my rental properties and they were very responsive with getting me a quote. Because they also offer junk removal/property clean-up, i was able to secure their services within 24 hours for clean-up at two different rentals in St. Pete and Largo. Their team provided before/after photos, they were very efficient and communicative through-out the entire service AND after. They did an amazing job clearing all the leaves from both the front and rear yards, as well as removing all the fallen tree debris. Very fast response to my request for a quote. Team was able to come out next day, did the work needed , excellent job , everything cleaned up and they were on their way. I would definitely use their services again.

Hired them to cleanup after tree cutters, in an over grown front yard. I find them to be overpriced for the work done. Charged $1300 and left debris,.For example, asked them to remove 22 cement scalloped edge pieces 15" in length. Charged $125 extra ,($1425 paid) then only moved 10 of them.. charged $275 for materials said I would get receipts none were provided. In general it was just sloppy work for the price. Also wants prepayment....

Extremely satisfied with this company and their recent work on my home. When I first called, Jessica was at my home within 15 minutes to provide a quote. I told her I wanted to compare and would call her back if I decided to go with her services. A week passes and the two other companies who were going to give me quotes never showed up and never contacted me at all to coordinate. Frustrated, I called C&J again and they scheduled me for a few days out! They arrived an hour late but there was no issue, and they did an amazing job. Hard working, extremely fair prices, and great communication. The only company in Tampa I would recommend.

If I could give 10 stars I would. We needed to have a friend’s yard cleaned up who recently passed away, so we could start getting the house on the market. They were in the area where the house is located and started working immediately. It was such an easy process. She sends before and after photos and let me tell you it’s a totally different looking house and yard. I will certainly be using this company for my own personal use as we do construction on our home in the near future. Totally honest people and very professional. Thanks again Jessica.
