I used this company to clean up my back yard and I'm very satisfied with their work. I had one other estimate prior to contacting C&J Property Clean Up and although both quotes came in at the same price, the quote from C&J included services that are necessary for a proper clean up. Whereas, the other company would have tacked on additional charges for hauling yard debris, etc. Jessica was a pleasure to work with and I appreciated her honest feedback and suggestions. Her team worked efficiently until the job was done. I will definitely use this company again.

Jessica answered promptly and was at my house later the same day, as promised. She’s a no nonsense lady that just gets things done. I would recommend her company and would use her again without any reservations. Her crew worked hard and when it wasn’t on schedule for her, she added men to the effort. Her crew members were polite and professional.

I had a pretty overgrown area of ginger plants and various weeds. 3 gentleman came to complete the task. I paid $1000 plus an extra $18.00 processing fee to use a credit card. I was originally advised the guys would be out early morning, Friday, however they didn't arrive until 1:30pm. They worked on the area for a little over 3 hours before leaving. Upon inspection of the work done I was not pleased. The roots were sticking up out of the ground and I couldn't walk in the area without tripping on them. One of the gentlemen came back Saturday and made things right, but I really feel the amount I paid versus hours put in they should have made sure the area was in the shape they would have wanted it if it was their own yard and they had just paid $1000 to have the area cleared. Ultimately I got what I wanted, but I was disappointed ☹️ with the pride they take in their work.

I’m a big advocate for supporting black business. I’ve worked with this company for sometime and because I am constantly moving and rarely there they constantly make mishaps and half do jobs that agree to. I’ve tried on numerous of communicating/correcting and working through the problems. It’s just getting out of hand.

I asked them to to a small area for my kids. Removed the grass, place down the weed tarps and boarder. They chargers me almost 2k They half did that with the thinnest material. within a week the tarp blew up and grass was already over growing it. Had to get another company to do it properly.

I’ve already stated I move around frequently. I asked them to get all the weeds in between the pavers which is the whole reason I ever started using them. He said no problem I’ll take care of that and the lawn. Normally I pay 75 he asked 225 250 which ever and I was cool. I got off a flight just to see all they did was cut the grass and leave. DISHONEST. A huge pet peeve of mines. I asked for them to come out to fix it maybe you missed it on accident, things happen. They said no problem we will be there in 2 days. 2 days turn into over a week, and I kept reaching out. They had the nerve to say we coming out in a week but when we do instead of paying 75 just pay us 50. Like you didn’t even finish the first job and already speaking about payment for the next.

I said all that to say if you aren’t looking over there shoulder, they will cut corners and don’t like to responses when you ask them to take accountability. They lack professional communication and come up with 101 excuses when they can fulfill on behalf of their on word.

Update after your reply, let me honest since you want to bring up me being a professional athlete, which has zero to do with payment. Maybe besides twice Each time you said your were servicing my home you came days later so I was busy doing something else. You’ve only serviced it 3 times while I was present and you received payment upon finish. The other times I was traveling and still sent payment and soon as I had service on my phone. I know of one incident where I did send it the following morning because of travel arrangements. Every other time you all had issues recieving payment and would sent me different cash app. 😏🤦🏿‍♂️ If we’re going to tell it at least be honest but your right there’s always two side to a story.

A few weeks ago I called a couple of different lawn companies desperately searching for help with my yard. Some companies refused to come out to my neighborhood and other companies quotes were out of this world. I got lucky when I found C & J Property Clean Up. Not only were they able to squeeze me in the same day, but they exceeded my expectations and they provide me with pictures at the end of each service visit. You should definitely check them out! I promise you will love them.

C&J really did amazing work ! They came to the rescue in short notice and cleared my entire lot. From trimming the trunks of the tree to clearing out branches and an abundance of over growth. The workers were so nice and adhered to all requests. This company acted quickly and efficiently. I am not only grateful but satisfied with the great work they did !

C&J Property Cleanup did an awesome job cleaning our plant beds and the price was very reasonable. They removed our unwanted plants and weeds around our pool cage and removed all the weeds and debris in our front plant beds. Jessica was friendly and professional. She gave me the estimate and set me up with an appointment right away. I would definitely use them again.

We needed someone fast as we were in a pinch due to renters coming in. C&J stepped up and sent a great crew to tame the small jungle around our house. They offered a decent price and the service was so good I’m keeping them on for regular yard maintenance. The crew were polite and efficient. They did a good job cleaning up as well.
