Just moved into a house new to me and wanted the dryer vent cleaned. I was getting an error code on my new dryer. The technician told me when he came out that it appeared there was a booster fan In the vent that had stopped working. He advised me on next steps. I had the booster fan removed by an electrician. They came back free of charge to finish cleaning the vent for me. I can’t thank them enough for their expertise and professionalism!

Our technician Ryan arrived on time and cleared the dryer vent quickly. He went on the roof to make sure air was flowing properly and made a much needed adjustment to the vent flap. I will be recommending Delintz to my neighbors!

The lady in the office was very rude on the phone. She threatened me by saying “ i hope the other company did the job correctly, and that Delintz will never schedule for us again.” The lady Sue in the office said this to me over the phone when I called them to see why they were coming to my house today as I never scheduled nor confirmed anything with them. Next time instead of being extremely rude and disrespectful to people on the phone, don’t send out a technician to a home with no appointment or service EVER confirmed. I will never be using this company, and I will make sure everyone I know does not use this company as I am a state licensed home inspector who knows a lot of people. I also reported this to my property manager.

Everything went smoothly. Joe indicated a two man crew will access the 3 story roof at 1531 N Morgan Street to make certain there is no clog at the gooseneck. Schedule so that there is not a car in the driveway.
