I have used the services of Bayside Moving and Storage in multiple occasions during the last 10 years. Every single time, I have been highly satisfied with their quality of work. Their movers are very experienced, dedicated and friendly; making my moves stress free and with a high grade of customer service. I recommend this company based on my experiences and the good results.

I contacted the owner, Doug Austin, in February 2023 about moving all our household goods into storage while we prepared to search for a new home in another state.
Not only did Doug and his team provide a great packing and moving experience, but he also made a great recommendation about where it would be best to store our things in 2 storage bins.
Everything was loaded and dropped off into the storage bins as we requested, and we even had space to spare.
I highly recommend Bayside Moving for any move you have planned in the Tampa Bay area.

Wonderful moving service! Communication reviewing my moving needs were very timely and they were flexible as our plans changed. The moving crew was very professional and efficient in packing for our local move. The business is owner-operated which added a higher level of personal service, rather than a random national mover. Alex was friendly and professional, and he removed a piece of metal flashing from one duct that had been rattling about for years. I had no idea what was creating that noise, but he took care of it and left our vents pristine. It was a very satisfying experience from beginning to end.

Before the winter season, I decided to fully clean my furnace. The team spent hours disassembling and completely washing each component. They cleared dust and dirt from the burners, heat exchanger, and blower motor to ensure maximum efficiency. They also examined for carbon monoxide leaks to ensure my family's safety. After getting quotes from three different companies, I chose this contractor because they were the most transparent about pricing and the most detailed in their proposal. The installation crew arrived on time and got straight to work. They were respectful, efficient, and clearly very skilled. They ran into a small issue with the ductwork but fixed it without any extra charge or delay. The new system has transformed the comfort of our home—no more hot or cold spots! I am very satisfied with my decision and the quality of the work provided.

After years of not having this done, I can confidently say it was overdue. The amount of debris removed was surprising. The difference afterward made it completely worth it.

I called to reschedule a pick up and they never responded. I called again last week and still no response.

As are most ads nowadays, you are misled and misdirected to a call center which turns into a way for them to make money at your expense using false advertising for 'free pickup'.

Dependable and friendly.
Picked up my fridge (for an agreed fee upfront over the phone) and barbecue (free).

Waiting a week, they never showed up. Unprofessional and unreliable. You would be better to purchase from a reputable dealer...

I called them on a Tuesday morning for a dryer pick up. Said they would come by that evening at 7:00 pm, they never showed or called to let me know they were not coming. When I text them, they said they would be by Wednesday at 7:30 pm, again they never showed or called to let me know they were not coming. When I text them again, they said Thursday "for sure" at 7:30 pm...yet again, no show and no call or text to let me know they were not coming. I understand it's a free service but that doesn't mean you can run your business without common curtesy to your customers. No one will ever refer you business when operating under those standards. Thumbs down for service!!!

I called and left a message on Wednesday about a dryer that needed to be picked up. I recieved a call back Thursday with very few questions. Where was the dryer located at my house and if it were broken or not. Because it was broken, it was $25 for pickup. Which I thought was a very reasonable price. They said they would be by within the hour to get the dryer. I recieved a text when they were on their way. Took maybe 30mins for them to arrive. No problems at all! Very easy and affordable.

Worst service ever. My repairs are not repaired. The closet I had to do over. I was over charged.
