Based on the reviews I don't feel this company would be the best to service my needs for work needed in my home.

They were scheduled to come out and never showed up. We called, they said they were running late, then never showed and ignored our calls for the rest of the day. Very unprofessional.

Vince is terrific, 5 stars for him. The 4 star rating is from the lack of confirmation from Angela.

Mark did several small jobs for us. He did great work. Was very personable and professional.

I can't comment on the work.... because they never called back. I assume in business, you call when you say you will. So, if a call back is not reliable... how will their work and service be?

"Advertises "no job too small." Requested quote for small job to finish drywall in a room I will drywall myself. Received email, and phone call. After explaining what I needed, never heard back from them.

I wouldn't recommend this guys. I should read Google and Yelp reviews before to come this place. they "Advertises "no job too small."
I personally came to the office and after showing some pictures, we are made a appointment to come see the job to get better estimate, I was willing to do the job with them but last minute the called me and cancelled without any reason.
"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BUSINESS"

I had Andy on Call install a 2nd bannister on a friend’s stairway to help her invalid husband climb them. The came in quickly, did a totally professional job at a really great price. I would definitely use them again. Thanks!

My name is Wojciech Leja, I am the President of My Florida Home Renovations LLC. I retained the services of Andy on Call (DBA) on 10/05/2018, ratified contract on 10/24/2018 to renovate my property located in, St. Petersburg with a stipulated a time frame of completion within 5-6 weeks after permits were pulled and at which time an initial payment of $10,000 was made to the company to initiate services. It took the company at least a month to commence work on the property post acquisition of permits at which point they had one person doing the work associated with the initial draw of $10,000 which entailed mostly demolition of a bathroom, kitchen baseboards and interior paint. On 01/04/2019 (9 weeks later) the Certified Residential Contractor, Vincent Pizzitola (Primary Qualifying Agent) for the business requested the second draw of $10,000 be wired to their bank account which was then initiated and concluded the same day. Since 01/04/2019, no work to the Subject property has been performed by Andy on Call and the contract has been cancelled, however, after numerous requests to return the second payment of $10,000, all attempts have been fruitless and it appears the company has no intention of refunding the payment for which no work was performed. The company has illustrated very poor business practice as well as poor workmanship as most jobs which were performed and paid by the initial draw of $10,000 were halfway finished or very poorly performed based on the reputable General Contractor who's services I have since retained to complete the project which will produce no income at this point due to the extended time frame considering the high interest mortgage payments I am making on the property.

They quoted my mother who is 84 years old $377 to perform minor handy duties, so I used a different company and the total came to $87. They tried to take advantage of a senior and that is unethical and bad business. Beware of this company and get another quote before using them!

I had kitchen backsplash put in through Andy on call and had a very good experience. Greg showed up on time both days of installation with all the proper tools he needed. He worked hard each day without a break and the backsplash looks beautiful!

Agreed with "terribly overpriced" I called them them to troubleshoot my irrigation system. These guys were so sluggish because I was paying them by the hour ($100/hr) they spent the whole day looking for the irrigation wire. (that I pointed out to them) by the end of the day they did not accomplish anything. They did somehow manage to get my sprinkler system working but terribly terribly high price. They only got one zone out of six zones working and when they finished that they thought they had accomplished something spectacular almost as if it was astounding for them. The next day they came over to work another hour because The main guy who knew about irrigation systems went home to make his wife a chicken coop. And that was all that was bragging about to me that day that he had to build his wife a chicken coop. All in all these guys are unprofessional they WILL WASTE your time and your money so I would give them zero stars DO NOT HIRE THEM.

Terribly overpriced, substandard work. One example: The building contractor doing the work (Vince Pizzotola) quoted a price of $250 for installing a sink. I got it done from someone else for $50. When I brought this up to Vince he said "I don't make the price". Who needs the middleman. I would never use AndyOnCall again. Caveat emptor!

On July 17, 2017 I had my French doors serviced by Joe Lombardo. Joe fixed my problem doors effeciently. My doors don't rub together anymore. I appreciate joes workmanship and patience. I wasn't surprised since Reggie (owner)assured me my doors will be fixed. The same day I called about my problem. Sylvia sent me a professional email stating my time and Date when Joe Lombardo would be here ( within 2 days ). Thankyou for everyone's professionalism. Sincerely Michael Luppino

It was told to us that it would be 4 to 5 days for the bathroom remodel, which was perfectly reasonable, I did the demo of everything but the tub and floor tile prior. Reggie and his helper Brad came out and removed the tub and floor, along with replace the copper pipe ends for the water lines for the tub and sink. Brad didn't have the tools he needed and no one could get in contact with Reggie for 3 days due to health issues which seemed to bring the business or at least our job to a screaching hault. The following 2 weeks was Brad all by himself, a helper who isn't a plumber or contractor of any kind, only a helper who usually works on cars. He was slow but very polite while doing his work, but we know not to question a job in the middle because they can get pretty ugly and most customers can't see the end result, but we should have said something. His "executive decision" making skills, reguardless of actual skill and ability is quite worrisome when he said he was going to fill in the inch or so gaps (with grout) in between the decorative tile lines, where they're supposed to interlock, because he said he couldn't cut the pieces to fit in where they were suposed to go without breaking them, which are many large spaces where those tiles would go, it's like if you had layed the decorative tile square on the wall and any gaps on the sides would be grouted instead of cutting tile to fill in. A large wall tile was an 1/8 inch lifted causing a huge gap where the faucet handle would go and his solution was to just caulk a whole bunch around it. The window and niche were also problematic because he said the same thing about filling in those tile gaps in the niche, and the niche border we were told to get a specific kind of tile because that's how its done and it was done poorly and seemingly wrong, so we had to call Reggie out to address these extremely concerning issues. Reggie came out and seemed to agree but also seemed to act like it was no big deal we were now going into week 3 and that it would all be fixed with him. He stayed around for a little bit and helped cut those pieces of tile Brad couldn't, but seemed to be gone just as fast. The wall tile is way too high above the tub which was remedied with a fat layer of clear silicone. The faucet was shimmied with a washer. First use we turn the tub on and the water dribbles out of the shower head the whole time. The drain lock doesn't gold the water in, it drains as we took a bath. The sink leaked the first night i used it without my knowledge abd caused a drawer inside to have minor water damage, nothing seemed properly checked out to prevent those kinds of things. Then we realised the faucet and other hardware are not even centered, no one ever took our stuff out and checked any fitment to see if they needed to relocate the piping, which would have been nice to be offered because the water knob for the shower is way too low as well, the painting behind the door was sloppy, there was no communication to us until it was too late, and it's become one of the biggest hassles we've had to deal with. My mother has worked extremely hard and has spent nearly 2 years picking out the exact materials she wanted for this, and it came out worse than if we did it after watching YouTube videos. We are going to have to call a professional to come out and fix it because we are tired of what we had just spent 3 weeks dealing with. The times Reggie was here, before the bad and after the "fix" was bragging about his big expensive mansion jobs he had going on. Update. We went to HomeDepot today and got to talking with a tile expert and learned that the drain in the tub was installed wrong, it was grouted in, it's supposed to be caulked in, which that may cause leaks soon, especially because we read the instructions on the grout and learned it's supposed to be sealed with another product a day or so after, which it wasn't. And we were NEVER told about any sort of warranty, which we have NOT broken by removing the washer shimmy from the faucet or grout from the window so we could close it.

Andy Oncall was not a pleasant experience, tech came quoted the job then coordinated time and date to install backsplash. Tech came out to install and then honestly stated he didnt do this work all the time and quoted job price and time frame wrong, only completing 1/3 of the whole job. After speaking in person with the owner of Andy Oncall, owner left premise and called back later to state lost too much on bad quote and time so backing off job completely with no monies owed. Now Im stuck finishing myself or hiring another contractor to finish incomplete work. Look other places for competent tech's and for professional treatment.
