Andy oncall was so unprofessional and rude I would not recommend them to anyone! They took a simple french door lock issue and turned it into a disaster. And are now ignoring my calls to make it right. Joe was the handyman who originally worked on the job who just drilled the door shut. I finally convinced his boss Vince to come fix it and he just claimed I asked joe to drill the door shut and their boss Reggie Morgan will not return any of my three voicemails. AWFUL. Do not use them.

Office staff dependable and easy to schedule quotes/follow up appts; craftsmen on time and complete job as written in quote. Their company communicates effectively through emails, calls, texts...they even take pictures of job done if you are not at home! Thank you for your professionalism and excellent customer service. I can't comment on their work because they never showed up! When we first called their office, they sent us confirmation in writing, the date and time they would be out to our home. We called a few days before and confirmed our date and time. On the day of the appointment, we left a phone message to find out if he was still coming out, as it was then dinner time. No response and no show! We contacted them the next day and spoke to an obvious overworked dispatcher, who said he is in the field and doesn't know why he didn't show and couldn't help us any further. If your time is valuable to you, you may want to call someone else. As of this writing, they still haven't contacted us.

I would like to give them 0 stars but that is not an option. Took 2 weeks for them to come make a quote. Understandable when you're busy but then the craftsman didn't show at the scheduled time period. He informed me that he needed to do calculations and couldn't give me a quote right way. After a week of no word, I called the Tampa office and the young lady said she would email it over. No email. I followed up with another call. She said that the craftsman emailed her but didn't have the needed attachment. She was going to once again call the craftsman for a new email. No email, again. I called for a 3rd time to find out what was going on and no one answered and I left a voicemail. No one returned my call. I have given up on this company. I will not recommend them to anyone.

On October 7th, 2018, My wife and I wrote a check for $14,700 to start a remodel at a South Tampa house. We had given Reginald Morgan (Andy on Call) a total of 3 home projects as the general contractor based on the faith and high standards they portrayed.

Reginald Morgan (Andy on Call) continuously avoided our phone calls, texts, emails. He came up with excuses regarding his own family matters and lack of of his own employees available for the job. I had to obtain legal representation to dismiss Reggie from the project and requested he return the $14,700 draw I had initially given to initiate the project.

To our heartache, he still refuses to return the money minus the permit he pulled for the home which is worth a couple hundred dollars.

I would give negative stars if I could.

The company is very professional. When I called someone answer the phone and listened to my needs and immediately scheduled someone to do an estimate for a minor fascia work that needed to be done at the entryway of my home. Andyoncall emailed me a confirmation of a time and day and the name of the repairman. Joseph Lombardo called me and confirmed an appointment with me before arriving. He did a fair estimate and was able to take care of the repair right away. Joseph was personable and very easy to talk with and took great caution in warning me when he needed to do certain work that may have been an aggravation to my health issue (such as the wood dust or primer spray paint) . Due to my positive experience, I will definitely be calling Andyoncall again.

I have to start by being fully open and saying that this company did not do any work for me. But, that's the problem.

Back on February 15th, I reached out as I needed two cat doors installed in interior doors. Not a major project, but something I can't do myself. They insisted that someone needed to come out for a quote, which I found as odd since I had the cat doors in hand to provide dimensions and pictures, and offered to send pictures of the locations and let them know the door material/type. I've had this done in previous homes and it was always a $150 job that took an hour and didn't require a quote.

Andy OnCall said they had no availability to even have someone come out for a quote until March 2, so we went ahead and scheduled. Come the morning of, the contractor "lost the brakes in his truck" and needed to reschedule to Saturday, March 3. Okay, things happen. They gave me a two-hour window, and I waited in the empty home for two and a half hours and didn't hear a peep. I tried calling the office multiple times and only got voicemail (I figure that if you offer a Saturday visit, you'd at least have someone in the office, but nope.) So I left, essentially with three total hours of my time wasted, and e-mailed them the next morning.

They got back to me Monday and essentially said "We don't know what happened, but the best we can do is come out for a quote Friday." That's completely unacceptable after you no-call/no-show on someone. They said they didn't have my phone number, which is possible - I can't find 100% in an e-mail where I gave that to them, if I did - but how do you not catch that ahead of time? Every other company I deal with follows-up to verify address and contact info 3-5 days in advance.

I politely said that I wasn't satisfied with that, and that we needed the work done before we moved into the home (which is why I booked way in advance) and would it be possible to have the work actually completed before mid-March if we went with a Friday quote? No answer.

So while I didn't ever have any work done with them, I'm glad I didn't. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful customer service, who are apparently content to waste your time.

Find a smaller local contractor or handyman, which I did. I won't say who so this doesn't come off as smear advertisement, but at the very least, steer away from this company.

I wouldn't recommend Andy on Call to anyone. Although the "craftsman" that came out was on time, courteous, and hard working he left me hanging with an unfinished master bathroom update. The craftsman promised to come out (after I paid my balance) to finish the bathroom but was told by the owner Reggie he wasn't allowed to come out since the estimate didn't include what needed to be finished. Now I have to call another contractor to finish the job. Very poor customer service by the owner to leave a customer with an unfinished job. The craftsman was to also paint my sliding glass door frames. He almost destroyed my slider after the wet paint glued the slider shut. We had to force the slider open which caused the glass to come loose from the frame. I had to take the slider to a glass repair company and spend more money to repair. The other projects involved were painting my screen room ceiling and aluminum shed. Those projects came out fine. I'm very disappointed in Andy On Call for not allowing the craftsman to come out and finish the job. I would never suggest using this company for any project.

Angela was very responsive and professional. She had to deal with me out of state and my 76 yr old mother that was close to my home. The worker was not on time nor did he call to let us know he wasn't coming on the date we had scheduled 2 weeks prior. But Angela handled the issue and got the contractor there to do a walk-through since I came into town 1 day for just this reason. The job was done quickly, any issues I had they addressed them immediately. They were wonderful and I will be using them again for all my work. It started a little rocky but ended supremely!!!

The craftsman showed up at the appointment time. Asked appropriate questions regarding the job and gave me a detailed estimate. He actually had his equipment with him and was prepared to start the work immediately. My under mount sink fell from the counter top. The way this craftsman reattached the sink was ingenious. He stated he needed to come back the next day to release the clamps and do the final cleanup. To my suprise he actually showed up when he said he would. I would definitely use them again and I would encourage any home owner to give them a try. Oh, by the way I even got a discount on the price.

We have been so pleased with the landscape design and execution by John’s Palms (which we had done to the front and one side of our house last year) that we have hired them again to come back and do more work. They created a beautiful, low-maintenance design that we absolutely love and made a paver design out of our own pavers as their own special extra treat. We can’t wait to see what they do with the rest of our yard this year! Thank you for all your hard work and pleasant crew.
