Matt at 813 Keys is a LIFESAVER! My car key broke off the fob and left me trying to figure out how to get home from work. A pair of pliers and magic did the trick, and now to figure out how to replace my key. I called the dealership to find out my key fob was not in stock and that it would cost me $400. The referred me to 813 Keys and Matt answered my phone call. He quickly gave me two options, come into the shop, or a SAME DAY home visit. I had the time, so I dove over to their office. Within 30 minutes, Matt programmed a new key and I went off on my merry way. Also, did it mention it was HALF the cost of the dealership. Super quick and easy service, priced well

Quick and professional. Cost was painfully high, but that's on Audi, not 813 Keys, and was still hundreds less than the dealer wanted. Plus, 813 Keys was the only locksmith in Tampa Bay that could program the key. I called a dozen with no luck, until my mechanic recommended 813 Keys. Very satisfied, and recommend.

We are very happy with 813 Keys. They came to the house and had the key fob for our Granddaughters car. If you need anything key fobs you really need to call them. They also gave us a military discount. They are friendly and come on time plus text you if they are running early or late.

Thank you, Matt. We needed a battery change and were unfamiliar as to how to do it. We took it to Matt, who changed it out and showed us how to do it whenever the battery dies again. He's a great teacher and didn't even charge us for the battery. We'll definitely be back if we ever need another fob or have other questions or any other problems. Great and prompt service! Alex was wonderful and able to quickly repair the defective fob I had, as well as wait for me to go back to my house from where he met me at my place of business, to go get another fob to fix. Love they are mobile and can come to you! Prices are fair and equatable. I highly recommend these guys!

Today, once again, great service as before! Varnel was very communicative for setting up the appointment time and his letting me know his eta. He was very kind and was able to get functional key fobs for me for my car. Awesome service!

Before hiring 813 keys I tried several other locksmiths none of whom could handle an Italian car. We had no information on the car as we had acquired the car, so it was no easy task to make a programmable key and cut the key to fit the ignition and the doors since we had no key to start with the service gentleman that did our job did an excellent job, we called him back to have a second key made A couple weeks later, which is not as hard as programming the first key but again he was prompt and on time and very friendly and did excellent work again. I would highly recommend their service to any of my friends or family and will use them again if I need any service of my own .
