Keith was running a little late for my appointment but he called to let me know. He was very nice and professional. The job was done very well. He even moved a few pieces of furniture that I told him he didn't have to. I highly recommend. I'd definitely use Sunshine again.

Keith, the owner, was excellent - he communicated promptly, quoted great prices, did an amazing job of cleaning our large sectional sofa (which needed cleaning after a house renovation project that got dust everywhere), and was friendly and professional. He even laid down tarp around the area where he worked. He did such a wonderful job, I had him quote me for some rugs and he'll be returning again next week. Highly recommend.

What an exceptionally hardworking and high quality guy Mr. Keith is!! This man showed up on time at 9am as scheduled and with the exception of me forcing him to drink some cold water, didn’t stop until 4pm. He stretched and trimmed all our carpet and then gave it a much needed deep cleaning. Hardworking | Quality | Great Attitude | Affordable - Literally everything you should expect in a 30-year carpet cleaning professional!

This man is an absolute professional. He really did the BEST job on my tile and bathrooms after a major plumbing malfunction. I cannot recommend him enough! Hands down the best, hardest working man I've met in a long time.

Sad that I have to say this but their quality of work has gone down tremendously and and more of their employees are not willing to do a good job

Maybe don’t drive so aggressive and crappy. Just had a van cut me and my gf off right in front of a green light and decided to slam the breaks right in the middle getting over to the turn lane (no blinker of course) even though we’re cutting across 3 lanes of traffic. Almost caused an accident!

Big shoutout to Phil on the carpet clean and duct cleaning. Got two bedrooms, a hallway, and a flight n a half of carpeted stairs cleaned. Look and small beautiful. Did a top notch job on the duct cleaning. Helps he’s a super cool cat too. Great job!

Nick was called late in the afternoon 2 Chage my water heater . He was here after 6:00 and cleaned up everything He was professional, it was a pleasure to speak with him about what had happened. He definitely knew what he was doing. I was cooking and he didn't mind me having to do what I needed to do. I am glad that my apartment complex contacted this service. Thank you

I was impressed by the exceptional customer care at Modern Air Duct Services. From booking the service to the final walkthrough, they were responsive and attentive. The team left my home cleaner than they found it, which says a lot about their dedication!

Furnace died right when it got cold—panicked call, quick response. Tech inspected carefully, found a bad igniter, some burner buildup, and venting restriction. Cleaned what he could, replaced the part, tested combustion and safety switches, made sure it was running clean and safe. Heat back strong and even. Called the next day to double-check. Safety-focused, professional, reassuring—excellent work.

We’d been embarrassed to invite people over because of a strange smell in the house we couldn’t get rid of. Air fresheners and candles only masked it for a little while. When the duct cleaners arrived, they found mold starting to grow inside one section of the ducts. They treated it, sanitized the whole system, and even showed us how UV lights could help prevent it. The smell is completely gone now, and the house feels fresh again. I feel so relieved, like a weight has been lifted off the home.
