Sidekick Properties performed an outstanding professional deep cleaning of my parent’s newly constructed condo before they moved in. Scheduling and communication was polite and efficient. I appreciated that they accommodated my schedule. As advertised, this company took cleaning to the next level by making disinfecting a priority. They were fully garbed in protective gear (suit, mask, gloves and booties) which immediately gave me a sense of ease knowing that extra precautions were taken to protect the property as well as those interacting. All of my concerns/requests were addressed and I noticed that the new space was much cleaner than before. Beyond the vast amounts of dust left from construction that one may not readily detect, all surfaces including balconies were thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. With Garrett working as my advocate, they completed a long and varied list of projects- pressure washing, repairing and resealing the fence surrounding our property, building and painting permanent, accessible fencing around our HVAC units, repairing rotten wood pillars, building, painting and rehanging a porch swing, and repairing and resealing a backyard deck. Before I had my air ducts cleaned, I had no idea how filthy they were. I was breathing in the incredible amount of dust that had accumulated! The technicians were so kind and didn’t rush through anything. They showed me how much pet hair and dander had built up inside the vents, which I never would’ve guessed.
