Kenny provided excellent service, clear communication about his process and how to treat stains that could not be removed with basic pressure washing, and fair and reasonable pricing. He has top notch work ethic and I absolutely recommend supporting this local veteran for whatever you need his help with. OH—and he provided proof of licensing and insurance with no hesitation!!

I called this company for a pressure wash on my driveway and pool area with screen. I'm glad I chose them for the job! It shows that Kenny takes pride in his work as he took his time to ensure everything is clean and gets every detail. My wife and I are very impressed with the results. He sent a quote in writing for my review and approval; as soon as I approved the quote, he came right out and completed the work in a timely manner. My back patio was completely black so I called around trying to find a good price and availability. The pressure washing man had great reviews and was able to come out the next day and had the best price. Kenny did an amazing job on getting my patio to look like new again and he also did my screen and fence without me asking. I would highly recommend him and will be using him in the future. We needed our gutters atop the back lanai cleaned & our flashing below the roof line cleaned of mildew to satisfy an HOA letter. Kenny did a great job with that and he also recommended a roof cleaning which was not on our radar. We looked and did notice how much dark staining we had. He gave us a great price to do it all. He did it while we were at work the next day and when we got home, we were surprised how good our roof looked. Our gutters were all done and our flashing looked wonderful. He had given us some precautionary disclaimers about damage that can show up under the flashing mildew from old paint or rot, but all was good. Kenny will make sure you know all the risks but when he tells you it will look good, it will. Picture is the after. All the flashing at the top levels was dark prior.
