If you want a high quality service, you should hire Fernando and his pool maintenance company.

They manage all of our properties and do an incredible job and in addition to consistently cleaning all pools weekly they are quick to respond to any mechanical repairs needed.

I called for service and Flavio responded same day. He provided prompt, professional service, advising cleanup would be a process. Within a short time pool has gone from horrible to fantastic. I highly recommend this service

Nice people but terrible customer service. Never answers the phone never gets back to you. Called him 3 different days no answer no call back. He also installed a heater but never took any time to show me how to use it. You can be too busy it's good for you but a business owner should never give up on customer service or your customers will give up on you. I also discussed this issue with them and nothing changed. I cancelled my services never to come back again...

I have never use a company that I could communicate with better the Florida Pool Service. Very friendly and professional. He made the whole experience of having a new pool perfect.

This is a great local company. They have great customer service and responsiveness and are very fairly priced. They have been very knowledgable and helpful to ALL aspects of our pool including a heating upgrade and every other detail. I highly recommend their services.

Jason does a great job keeping pool clean and valves adjusted for optimal water flow. Flavio fixed a light for us and repaired a check valve. All done for reasonable cost and in timely fashion. We recommend this company.

Flavio has been so responsive to our needs and, in addition to simple pool maintenance, he has been able to take care of mechanical issues. We recommended him to our daughter and son-in-law, and he was able to take their pool from green to beautiful and useable...which services before had failed to do. We highly recommend FL Pool Services...plus he's just a really nice guy!!!

I give Flavio 2 stars because he was good at what he did by installing a salt water system and a new pump. However, as of late, I have tried to reach out to him on many occasions with phone calls, texts, and even through mutual acquaintances but he has ignored every attempt. Don't go with FL Pool Services if you want consistent, reliable service.

I want to take a moment and thank FL Pool Service for their professionalism, knowledge and desire to make sure all questions and concerns we may have had were answered and explained to us properly.

We heard so many great things about this company and decided to give them a shot and had them out to service our pool, we wish we would of made the choice a lot sooner as the level of service they provide is invaluable.
