I needed an emergency carpet cleaning, he was there within 15 minutes and was extremely efficient and quick. Got the stain i needed out, neutralized the odor, and gave me tips for keeping my carpet clean in the future. Definitely using again!

Talked very specifically to a gentlemen here yesterday (6/29/23) who assured me of an appointment on 6/30/23 and took all of my information, INCLUDING MY ADDRESS! An appointment was set for 1pm - 3pm for under 150 square feet of carpet.

So, today, I prepared by moving a lot of furniture and tables to prepare and then waited until 2pm. At this point I decided to call and confirm and was answered by a women who quickly identified me by name and then promptly told me that my brandon address wasn't in their brandon service area. I was a little taken back as my address is in Brandon and they are actually have "Brandon" in their name!!

Needless to say, I was pretty curious as to when they would have called to cancel as the appointment was SET the day before and i'm sure, they could've called A LOT SOONER to cancel. Might've saved me couple hours rearranging my apartment. Poor service

Same Day Carpet Cleaners are always on time, professional & courteous. I have been using these guys for a few years now and feel very comfortable & at ease with them in my home because they always do such a great job. I recommend the deep scrub if you have animals like we do ( dog & cats )!

Got same day service within an hour for upholstery cleaning on my thrift store recliner. He did a great job. It was very dirty and now looks new. Definitely will use again.

Moved out of our apartment on a Sunday and no other company was willing to come out on Sundays. Same day carpet cleaning made an exception to come out and clean our carpets. Not only were they quick but they did an amazing job! Very professional and responsive. I would recommend them to anyone!

My office secretary called the owner of the company to ask them how much they would charge to clean our extremely large expo hall floor. The owner would not give us a price and that’s OK, but when we asked questions he acted very impatient and kept saying OK after he spoke. Like he was trying to get us off the phone. We ended up calling another company and they told us about how much it would cost, they came out and perform the service, and they stood there and smiled and answered our questions patiently. I recommend this person realize that business is more than making money but it also requires a customer focus.

My cat had a few accidents on my mattress so there were several stains on it. When Alex was done, the mattress looked brand new. Patronizing small businesses like his is extremely good for the local economy and I highly recommend him!

Alex did an amazing job! Our carpets look brand new again. Not only did he remove all of the pet stains and odors he was even able to remove the dried up slime on my daughters carpet that I thought would never come out. I’ve used Stanley Steamer for years. I have had my mattress and my living room furniture cleaned by them on two separate occasions. I have absolutely no complaints and I will definitely use them again when the need arises. They are professional, courteous and most of all prompt. My mattress and furniture were dry within the same evening and looked spectacular. Definitely a good value as well.

Amazing service! We had a red wine stain from the night before that we treated with baking soda and vinegar which did not fully work. I called Alex and he was at our house 30 minutes later. He treated the stain and you can't tell there was ever a spill! Amazing results and we will definitely be using them in the future.
