Jamari came to our house and deep cleaned our sectional. He was detailed, efficient and very professional. We just scheduled with them to come back and clean all the carpet in our home.

Did not clean my rug and mattress correctly. Still a huge stain on my mattress and my rug still has food on it. They did a horrible job

It was a fantastic experience! The two gentlemen who provided the services were so professional and very personable. They both introduced themselves , shook my hand and promised to provide excellent service. Which they did! My carpets look great and smell wonderful (dog owner=dog smells lol) . I highly recommend and will use again.

Quick turnaround time to come clean my couch and cheaper pricing compared to other companies, but you get what you pay for! He was here for only about 20 minutes and only cleaned the parts of the couch showing (no cleaning in between cushions or in between couch pieces). He also didn’t wear any protective shoe covering and seemed to be on the phone the whole time. Bummed about the lack of effort, but the parts of the couch that were cleaned look great.

I had 2 area rugs cleaned. One came out fine but the one in my bedroom was left holding more water than expected. I’m drying it using a couple fans. Overall, the rugs are stain free and at this point, one day after, I’m satisfied with the service.

Smell was terrible. My room was unusable for 2 days because still wet. The floor was a mess with dirty water stains. Stains did not come out of furniture. Tech was nice guy but he took my credit card and then signed a mark himself instead of me signing. I purchased an odor counteractant to clean floors. Didn't realize it would take 2 days before I could use the room. Disappointed.
