The cleaning team made our old home look sparkly again. They did excellent job

When I first started using this company over a year ago it had a different name and different management, it was great and I recommended it to several friends- now it’s absolutely awful. I can no longer use this company for my house and I can no longer recommend it AT ALL. The last 2 times have been a nightmare. They charge way too much and do a halfway job. The ladies they have cleaning now are extremely lazy and like to cut corners whenever they can, hoping to get away with it. I already keep my house pretty clean, I hire these ladies to come once a month to do the floors, bathrooms, and basic dusting. Both of the last 2 times they have completely missed major parts of the job. Basic parts too. They left giant clumps of dog hair everywhere, huge parts of the floor not even mopped. Then she lied to my face and said she did it, when I can tell she didn’t because my house doesn’t even smell like cleaning chemicals (like it usually does after the ladies mop). Then the girls sneak out and leave without even saying goodbye. I have to call and have them come back to finish the job. I am not asking for more than the bare minimum that I’m paying for. And they still can’t even do that, yet they charge me $200 every time (plus tip). Then they tried to increase my rate, which I refused because they can’t even do the job I’m already paying for. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and hired them to come back again, and the girl cuts corners all over the house, misses major sections of dusting and wiping basic surfaces down. Then she just tossed my trash bag into the back alley, instead of placing it in the trash can that was less than 5 feet away. When I confronted management about it, they completely lied and said she took the trash with her, which was obviously not the case because I sent them pictures of the trash in the alley. If I pay $200 to a cleaning company to clean my house, then I expect that job to be completed. But they can’t accomplish that without major issues. I am done with this company. It’s a joke. I gave them a second chance, but it’s clear the company has turned into a complete disaster now. I want Sandy’s Cleaning back, those ladies were fantastic. Whatever this company is now sucks. Don’t use it.
