I was searching for a reputable air condition company for the replacement of our air conditioner it was at its end of life. We choose Johns Air due to their reputation and competitive pricing. It was important to find a product that was manufactured in the US “American Pride”; Amana is still manufactured in Huston Texas and has one of the best warranties in the business. American made great customer service and reasonable prices made this one of my most gratifying large purchases in a long time.

The Technician was on time and answered all of my questions during the change out. He made sure to clean up after the work was completed and walked me though the operation of the new equipment. The new equipment is remarkable quieter and with the Amanas warranty I will have no concerns for the next ten years.

If you are in the market for a new/replacement air conditioner you should give John a call I couldn’t be happier!

Our request was to move the air handler from the first floor of a two story townhouse to the attic. John gave me a quote and has never wavered from that. The air handler move created many unforeseen problems but John and Keiland did a fantastic job of solving them. They are very knowledgeable, honest and a pleasure to do business with!

Last week another company came to do an annual check on my HVAC system. They told me that I needed a completely new system at a cost of $6 -10K because my unit could catch on fire. I remember that John had done some work on my daughter's HVAC system and she spoke very highly of him. I called and talked to Cindy in the office. She was great. John came out Monday. He told me that my system just needed a part. He ordered the part and completed the work in about an hour and the cost was reasonable. Thank you Cindy for your kindness and thank you John for your honesty and professionalism. You are now my go to for HVAC work and I will make sure that anyone that I know who needs HVAC work calls you.



I highly recommend John's Air Conditioning and Heating Servie, LLC. I had a condenser coil that was damaged and spoke with John and he had a service tech at my house same day to look at AC. John then gave me a quote and I booked the repair service. They were there next day. When Tech arrived, he replaced the evaporator coil, then realized it was condenser coil that had problem. The previous tech had typed in wrong code the day before. The condenser coil is much more expensive than evaporator coil. John not only stood by the original quote, they left the new evaporator coil in m y unit. The tech Tony that did the installation went above an beyond with service. John's AC company is reliable, honest and did a fantastic job. My AC is blowing cold air and I feel I was treated incredible. I highly recommend this company. I never sweat AC problems because I know John's Air will always take good care of me. They were able to get a tech out to my house late in the afternoon on the day before a holiday! Prompt, courteous, professional every time. Simply the best.

Daniel was very professional, and courteous. He arrived on time and was thorough in his inspection and assessment of our aging ac, he was even thorough in his cleanup afterward. We will definitely use them in the future, especially when it comes time to replace our old unit.

I wanted to improve my Indoor Air Quality - Johns AC sent out the right guy the first time. Professional, clean cut and knowledgeable. I purchased a new UV light and air filtration system and can already smell the difference in our home!

We had our entire AC system (which includes a 2 ton and 3 ton)replaced on 1/17/17. We have been long time customers and will remain customers. They deserve more than 5 stars. Everyone we have encountered at this company is punctual, efficient, and knowledgeable. We have had many problems with our AC over the last 6 years and they helped keep it going. I have been using John's A/C for years now and I'm still a loyal customer from the day they installed my system 10 years ago and doing my maintenance service since I moved to Oregon 4.5 years ago. This is the first time that I used John's Service and I could not be more pleased. With the cold weather that we have been having recently it finally was time for me to run my heat. Unfortunately my heating system had other ideas. My service tech was very pleasant to deal with and was able to get me up and running very quickly. I will definitely call John's the next time that I need any kind of heat or air conditioning service.

We have been customers of John's A/C for about 5 years now, this morning, after coming back from the grocery store, we came home to the air not working. We called John's and they got out to inspect it right away, found the problem, gave us a price & got the part, in record time! John and his team are honest, trustworthy and genuinely concerned with their customers. We will ONLY use John's AC for all our A/C and heating needs. I found Johns Air about 5 years ago when my old system was giving me problems. He was able to keep the old system going until it finely had to be replace the system - 2 years ago. John's Air replaced my system and now maintains my system yearly. The company is fast, friendly, professional, and fair with price. This is my second system and I wish I knew of this company when I needed to replace the first system. I highly recommend John's Air for all your system needs... new or maintaining your current system.

I have called Johns Air (installers of this system) on two occasions when the air quit working. Both times response was FAST, important in the Florida summer heat. Repairs were minor consumable items and they had things up and cooling in no time. I was even able to schedule a Monday repair on Sunday evening prior. The technicians are knowledgeable, efficient and polite as are the office staff Thanks again John's Air and Amanda!

We have used John’s Air Conditioning for several years. Always quick to respond and resolve the problem from minor to major. Everyone from John’s has been polite and courteous, super staff. Our condenser went out during extreme heat, John’s came out the same day. They worked late into the evening to get the new unit up and running. Can’t thank them enough. Super service and commitment to their clients.

Had a air handler leak. John’s came out first thing in the morning. Jake, the technician did a great job fixing the problem. Explained everything he had to do. Very nice and pleasant young man. Signed up for their yearly maintenance agreement which I highly recommend. They’ll come out twice a year and check your system. Peace of mind, for sure. Great outfit. Wouldn’t use
anyone else.

Wonderful Service!!!!

We contacted John's on a Saturday and they were able to send out someone Monday afternoon. Garrett was super nice and polite. The blower on our air handler went out and the motor was covered under warranty. Thank you so much John's AC!!!
