John's is very customer oriented. They installed our current A/C unit 4 years ago and, the few times it's had problems, they have been easy to work with and very professional. I had a medical issue earlier this year where I was in the hospital for multiple weeks. During that time my parents called on them to fix an issue, where John came out himself to complete the work so my parents wouldn't have to deal with a hot house. The most recent scenario, the service manager (Keiland Smith) came to the house and immediately got to work to find out that we had a controller card that was fried. Rather than making us wait until they got the part, he made some modifications to get us by until the part was available.
I have worked with multiple AC vendors in the area and they are without a doubt the most trustworthy I have ever worked with.

The service Tech was on time, quickly diagnosed my problem, inspected my cooling coil as clean as the same time. He Replaced a failed Compressor start Capacitor, flushed drain line, closed everything up and restarted my AC unit!!!! I recommend John's to any and all!! I was also given a Veterans Discount!!!

This is the second time we have used John's A/C service. Both times the service was rendered within a couple of hours of my call for help. Both times were, of course, after hours. Keiland Smith is the service man who responded to our problem. He was professional, courteous informative as to how we can avoid the problem we had. He also signed us up for regular maintenance for our A/C to assure we don't have any major problems in the future.

Our air conditioning system quit working last evening. In addition to not working, there were about 5 inches of water on the floor of the air conditioner “cabinet”. So we put on all of our ceiling fans and managed to get a decent night’s sleep, even though the temp in the house was up to 81 this morning! I called John’s first thing this morning, and spoke with Cindy, who was very helpful and promised someone would be by between 1 and 5 o’clock this afternoon to take care of us. Right on schedule, Adam was at our door. He assessed the problem, assured us that everything would be fine and left us with a working system and a cooler home!! A big “thank you” to Cindy and Adam for making our first experience with John’s a very good one!! We will definitely be using them for all our air conditioning needs!!

John’s guys did a great job installing my new heat pump with air handler. Service was prompt and professional, the guys were very friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable on any questions I had. There was one minor issue with a return duct in which they came right back out and squared it away in less than an hour!

John and his team have been amazing. We got our air conditioner installed within 24 hours of making the request and were extremely happy with the price. They cleaned up as if they had never been there. I will never use another company for my Air Conditioning and Heating needs.

Love John's A/C. My mom was one of John's first customers when he started the business and we became customers when we purchased a home. Customer service is priority. The service techs are knowledgeable , prompt and explain what they are doing.

Every part of my experience with them has been first rate. We've had them out for service a couple of times in the last few years. This year it was time for a new system. Josh installed the system with his helper and it was a clean, professional installation. I used to build houses so I know. Today we had Adam out for a tweak to the system. He really knew what he was talking about and addressed the problem with an adjustment to the fan speed. Problem solved and he made sure that this wouldn't create another problem later. I highly recommend John's for all your HVAC needs.

I have been a John's A/C customer for the past few years. This year, the Service Manager, Mr. Keiland Smith, performed my annual system check-up. He offered much good advice for maintaining my system. He knows a lot about A/C systems and explained the advantages of a UV light to improve the air quality and security...and offered to add the light right then! Overall great technical service, knowledgeable staff, great customer service...I'll stay with John's A/C!

I have never experienced such of fantastic customer service, I had my AC fixed today with John's after another company came last week and told me that there was a broken part on my new 1yr old Unit? Which I was suspicious about it and did not hire them. Johns Air took time and listen to me regarding the problems and they without ANY pressure was able to clearly communicate and able to fix the unit. (by the way the part that the other company was telling me to change was Never broken).

I would highly recommend this company. They are very professional, helpful, easy to talk to, shows up on time and does what they say they will do. I got an excellent price for a new air conditioner. My house was under renovations and I made a visit on a Sunday to check on the progress and notice I had water leaking from my attic. I panic and called John's Air. They were there within the hour to check it out. They fixed something that wasn't their problem. The electrician had stepped on the drain pipe and broke it. Out of all the contractors I have used during my renovations, John's Air Conditioning is the only company I would refer to anyone. Thank you John Capitano for great service.

After getting several estimates from different companies, I have to say that the knowledge and professionalism that Keiland supplied was our decision maker. Johns Air made us feel comfortable and confident about the work that we already knew we needed. They were polite and courteous during the entire process. We had our whole system including all duct work replaced and not to mention they offer the best warranty of 10 years parts and labor! while most companies only offer 5 years parts, 1 year labor. They stand by their work and I would recommend them to any and all of my friends and family. Thank you Johns A/C.

John's has been around for a long time. In fact we knew John from over 30 yrs ago when he helped out my mom when he was doing handyman stuff. We had him install a new AC & so far everything has been great. We have them come out twice a year to service our ac too. Today I had Daniel come out to fix the ac & he was very professional & was very pleasant to be around. Thank you John & thank you Daniel. Nothing but good things to say!

Cindy at the office was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Best of all, she squeezed us in for an appointment on the same day I called! Keiland, the technician, arrived right on time, checked the HVAC system of our new house, installed a new filter and showed us how to do it, gave us advice on pouring bleach versus vinegar into system, and walked us through using our digital thermostat to set up humidity controls as well as temperatures for different times of day. He too was very friendly and professional. Great company to worth with!

I have found John’s air-conditioning service to be extremely honest and a reputable company. I had an exceptionally great experience with one of their technicians recently when my mothers air-conditioning system was having some problems. I am an electronics manufacturer and technician and sometimes do some diagnosis on air-conditioning systems for myself and friends and family although I am not a certified technician. I went over to my mothers house and was able to figure out what was wrong with her unit prior to John’s technician arriving at her house. When he got there and saw that I had figured out the problem he was very gracious and actually helped me by giving me some wire nuts and sheet metal screws. He could not have been any nicer. He didn’t even charge me for the service call!

It is very refreshing to see a company that is honest and straightforward with their customers and tries to be helpful in resolving problems. I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to call them in the future.

They helped us save money. They were understanding even when I was cranky (I'll admit, I'm cranky often), and they were really nice and forgiving. Jarvis was our technician and he didn't seem stressed in spite of his busy day. I highly recommend this company and of Jarvis. They did a great job on our AC and fixed everything even though I could tell that they were having a hard day. I highly recommend this company.

This company earns every star. So professional, trustworthy, and efficient. My husband shops around, is very involved in home maintenance, and very tight with money. He selected John's a/c for a large system repair, even though we are in a different county an hour away. Years later....he is out of state and the a/c breaks. I called them after trying all the tricks, clearing the line, etc. and they sent an awesome technician out the same day. He was extremely professional and did a thorough investigation and testing. A new part was needed and it was installed quickly the next morning. I cannot emphasize the trust and professionalism of this company, the owners, the technicians. They stand by the work they do. I wish I could give more stars!!!!

John's AC is a great family based company. I've dealt with John a few times on a few different units. His techs are always friendly and know what they are doing. My latest experience was with his tech, Jim, who has had a long career in and AC business and was great to deal with. Keep up the good work John!

I honestly can not thank John enough! I called him with my issues and he was able to locate the part warranty and have replaced same day within just a few hours of speaking with him. I received many quotes going up to $2,800 and he was able to work with me on getting the best price and how I could assist. My husband and I thought we’d be going without AC due to costs and John himself made it happen. We are truly grateful and will always refer him to anyone in need or call him ourselves. Staff was great that came out as well, he was very informative and pleasant. We’re pleased all around.

Great place. They installed our air conditioner 5 years ago and have used them since. Our air conditioner stopped working last night and Cindy changed schedules so that we were first on list this morning. She went above and beyond to help us. Adam was the technician and he is wonderful. Listened to what it was doing and took his time to figure out how to repair it. He was very polite, friendly and cared. Will definitely ask for Adam for anything in the future.

I knew I was going to need service for a few years and had been avoiding it until my unit finally quit working. I called up John's AC and even though I wasn't able to get away from work they were still able to come out to the house and assess my issue. Unfortunately, the cost of repair was so high (its a 17 year old unit. It had a good life) it made more sense in getting a new system. It took a little longer that expected to get the parts in due to the supply chain but in the meantime without me asking they were able to bring me out a portable AC unit that they let me have for no extra charge while I waited. This made a huge difference in my comfortability while i had to wait. Once the day came for the install, they were able to come in the morning and by the afternoon I had a whole new system and working AC! Everyone of the technicians and receptionists I had the pleasure of speaking with were very helpful and nice to talk to.
