cleaning of my HVAC vents, returns and drier vent. The house was previously occupied by a smoker. They were polite, thorough and careful. The air quality in the house is dramatically improved. I can tell the difference in the house as soon as I walk in the door.

I had my dryer vent cleaned today by Matthew and Benjamin. They arrived on time and did a professional job. They cleaned the vent, reattached the vent hose and tested the dryer to make sure it was running correctly and cleaned up the work area. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen.

Mathew and his partner did an excellent job cleaning our dryer vent duct. The washer and dryer were on the second floor and they were able to get to the roof and access the vent with ease. They cleaned out a full garbage bag of lint and did it all in less than 2 hours. No more worries about a potential fire hazard. I highly recommend this company!

Michael came to our house and did a cleaning of our air conditioning and duct system. He was very professional and did a great job! He also installed another UV light in our unit to cover the blower in addition to the coil. It was a little more expensive than what we expected but overall he did a nice job and the system is much cleaner and smells better now too!

The technician arrived within the timeframe that was allotted. Vivo the technician did a wonderful job. He cleared our dry event and was very knowledgeable, very efficient, and personable. I highly recommend this company. This is the second time I used them and very happy both times.

Outstanding service from Express Duct Cleaning here in Lakeland, Florida.
Leon went above and beyond — 110% all the way. What I thought was going to be a routine dryer vent cleaning turned into something much more serious. Unbeknownst to me, my dryer vent had come disconnected at the elbow in the attic, and lint was blowing straight into the attic space. That could have easily turned into a major fire hazard.
Leon caught it immediately, explained everything clearly, and repaired it properly in about 35 minutes. Professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. The price was very reasonable for the level of service and repair performed.
If you’re in Lakeland and need duct or dryer vent service, ask for Leon. We’ll absolutely be using Express Duct Cleaning again.

Thanks to Mark and Benjamin (the owner) and their customer support, I had a great experience. The job was done quickly and photos were provided to show us proof of work. This company isn’t the cheapest service on the block, but if you know anything about quality work the cheapest guy usually isn’t the best option. The owner and his management team personally communicated with me to ensure I was happy with the work, and nowadays that counts for something. If you want efficient and quality cleaning, I’d recommend that you give these guys the opportunity!
