Scheduled promptly, excellent communication, quick resolution! Edan was amazing- excellent attitude and full of great energy! He went ABOVE and BEYOND to reach a vent that was not easily accessible. He could have easily deferred the service but he took the initiative to find a creative way to get onto our roof to reach a dryer vent. Not many would have been as persistent in figuring out a solution and for that I am very grateful to Edan. Would highly recommend his services!
