The A/C tech (Eddie G) was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. Scheduling the visit was very easy. Thank you very much for the great service. I will definitely request Eddie for my next A/C maintenance.

I had a new Goodman A/C and furnace installed but it was not putting out enough air. Eddie and the man (I forgot his name) came back and worked out the problem. Great service from both of these men. I have been using Air National for many years and trust their work.

Always prompt and courteous service. Technician by the name of Eddie is just the best He's very experienced, informative and friendly. Honestly I have no complaints and that's unusual. So much that I had to leave a survey.

Mitch came out a couple of times to locate and repair the coolant leak in the AC package unit. He was very friendly and diligent to do a good job. I appreciated him.

Very unprofessional and ignorant people. We have them installed new unit and since day one was leaking They sent technicians twice and both of them were not able to find the leak. We had no choice but hire another company and they found the leak in 2 minutes. It was obvious that was Pronto Air mistake and we told them to send someone to fix it. The so called technician didn’t bring leak detector instead he brought a bottle of soap and water and no surprise he said that isn’t leaking. After calling the office manager she said that she trusts her technician. It’s understandable because they didn’t want to claim responsibility and fix it. We had the other company fix it. Stay away from this company. Lousy customer service and very unprofessional and rude! Zero stars Don’t waste your money with this Company

We are delighted at the service and care with the installation of our new whole home A/C unit. The men showed up and worked tirelessly all day in the heat to get our new system up and running. they did a fantastic job!! We received excellent service and a great price and a new name brand unit. Our house is so cool now, works so much better than our old outdated system we had. Thank you Pronto Service Pros.

Called Pronto Service Pros late (4:45pm) on Monday needing my AC system replaced. The quote arrived early the next morning at an excellent price, within an hour and a half the crew was here to remove my old system (a split with the air handler in the attic and compressor outside). They finished later in the day and my new system works great. Technicians were great, took all the old stuff with them, left my inside utility spotless clean. Oh, communications were outstanding - I got texts on when the techs were leaving to come here, and honestly I am impressed. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Charlie the owner and Mykala are awesome. They set up our new water heater and my wife and I were pleased with there professionalism and kindness.

Llona Plumbing has done various repairs and preventative maintenance and are always reliable, reasonable and professional.

Called them for a quote, within 2 hrs Josh was at my house. He gave me a competitive estimate, and the new unit was installed within a week of contacting them. I would definitely recommend them.

From good to bad to worse service...
They are willing to cover their mistakes with Insulation to pass at all costs.

I normally do not write reviews unless I'm extremely frustrated or very pleased about a Product/Service.

After finding them on Angie's List, I hired this company to upgrade my AC inside and outside units. The Chief Technician assured me everything would be quality work without any shortcuts. A few days after the installation, I discovered the inside unit was not the one I selected and paid for. This caused an issue in order to pass the Pasco code inspection. After 5 months of constant follow-ups, they finally came and replaced the inside unit. Part of that work is drainage line rework. The Pasco inspector came and pointed out a few minor things that needed to be corrected. Pronto's Chief Technician came and did a full install inspection of the inside and outside units. Yet again, after the County Inspector came for the second time, we discovered a much bigger issue. As you can see from the photo, the drainage pipe was never glued and not even reaching; they just covered it with duct tape. As soon as the Inspector removed the insulation, water started pouring out. Therefore, inspection failed for a second time. I might not know what other issues they covered that I don't know about, maybe couple of years from now for me to know.

As for Pronto service, they apologized for some of their worker lack of experience and as a reconciliation, they offered one year maintenance (two visit for full system checkup). I found this to be a good service. Thank you.

As always, the team at Llona Plumbing were wonderful. Jax and Tyrell came on time as promised and when they encountered a difficult issue - even though it was after 5:00 p.m. - they were wonderful and stayed to tackle and repair the problem and double check that there were no other issues with the plumbing at our home. So appreciate their patience and expertise to take care of us today. THANK YOU : ) Teresa

Roger is very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I was happy it was him when I opened the door. He did a great job just like he has in the past. We will continue to use Llona for all of our plumbing needs.

Joe diagnosed a few leaks with my AC unit and came back on a different day to replace the leaking parts. Very transparent and honest experience. Price was reasonable as well. Would defiantly use them again and recommend to others.

I am changing my review after my last conversation with eddie. I had one more company that was coming over today before I decided who I was gonna go with. I chose the company that was here today and texted Eddie telling him I went with someone else , but thank you. He texted me back saying I'm just sorry you wasted my time! Really?
Was I not allowed to compare companies for such a big decision?
Also felt that he was pressuring me to give him a check right then and there before he could put in my air conditioning unit. Acted like a spoiled brat and I am so glad I did not go with that company.

Eddie was my technician, and he showed up on time, was very professional.
Diagnose the problem and all work done in a professional manner.
Highly recommend.
