I had 2 pinhole leaks in the main copper pipe to the compressor. Mitch came out and did a fantastic job. He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Pronto Service Pros.

Not there but our son was, very short visit. Not sure what is actually checked/done on these. I typically check drain lines and simple items each month but it is nice to have some one coming around and checking the system over.

Arnold showed up on time and even scheduled me in on a Sunday. Everything was done quickly, efficiently and professionally. After completion my property was left looking as it was before minus a brand new AC in place of the dusty old one. My new system is working 10x better than my old one. Mitch came out today to do 21 point inspection and tune up on my 2 - 10 year old AC units. I’ve lived in Florida for 20 years and dealt with a lot of different AC companies. Mitch from Pronto is by far, the most professional and knowledgeable AC tech that I’ve ever dealt with.
He walked me through the process and explained what was happening with my system including areas that were functioning well and items to keep an eye on.

I am absolutely disgusted with my experience with Pronto Service Pros. Eddie didn’t even bother to turn off our HVAC unit before removing the cover, which caused insulation to get sucked through our entire house—some even landed on my baby’s $80 play mat. He had the nerve to say, “Don’t let the baby in that until it’s clean,” yet offered no help cleaning the mess he caused. Leaving shards of fiberglass in it.

On top of that, the quote I received was nearly DOUBLE the going rate in our area. I had trusted Pronto in the past and always gave them 5 stars, but it turns out they’ve switched ownership since then, and wow, how they’ve declined.

Never again. Stay FAR away from this company.

I had a new Rheem heat pump installed back on March 24th of this year. It's been running real good. However, I had a problem with it, not cooling.
Over the weekend, I called pronto services and Eddie offered to come out on Sunday March 18th, 25. Which I thought was really nice of him to give up a day off to come help me... Jim

I was super impressed with this company. I called in the morning, had an appointment set for the afternoon, and then was happily surprised when Eddie arrived early. He was very personable, and knowledgeable. Had it diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. He also gave some good advice on how to keep my unit running longer. I give this company 5 stars, and will recommend them to all my family and friends.

Roger was able to fix my (hot) water 3 handle faucet that kept hissing and allowing water to constantly drip. I thought I was going to have to replace everything or open walls, but he was able to find the problem and fix it within an hour. Handle closes tightly and no more hissing/leaking. Thank you!

Two guys showed up to replace my sink faucet handle. Hard water had corroded the connection making it impossible for a homeowner to remove and replace. The LLONA guys did a great job on a very challenging assignment. Bravo to Tyrell and Roger from LLONA Plumbing.

We had original install of both the garbage disposal & the kitchen faucet which both needed replacement. We had already purchased the new items ourselves & had them on hand, however, the new installs were more complicated, but Roger was able to overcome the challenge & both pieces of equipment are running better than ever. Eddie came by yesterday to diagnose my AC because no one could come out on Monday. He confirmed what we already knew, the refrigerant leaked out of the unit, due to a rupture. We could see the refrigerant in and around the unit. That cost us $84.00. Then he informed us that he couldn't fix the problem, that someone else needed to come out. Someone who would needed to use nitrogen to find the leak. Nothing against Eddie, he's great, but "Pronto" is not fast or efficient. We've been using your company since you were "Air National", many years and we have spent a lot of money. We have been considering using another HVAC Company for our HVAC needs, this last visit has motivated us to move on.

Emergency service call for flooding coming through ceiling air vent - Mitch made the entire process as stress free as it could be. He was extremely professional, fast, and knowledgeable. He fixed the leak fast and stuck around to make sure it was completely done

I had an excellent experience with Pronto for my AC maintenance. Mitch, the technician who came out, was professional, courteous, and extremely thorough. He arrived on time, explained everything he was doing, and he even vacuumed the carpet area when the job was complete!
