Veterans AC and Heat, Inc. maintained old AC units of ours for a while, but then it came time for replacement. It wasn't cheap, but the crew who got two, not-so-easy removals and replacements installed in one long day were pretty amazing, and all has been perfect since. And we're lovin' the new online controls of the thermostats!

We're on their maintenance contract, which also makes sense, and the pros who perform the annual checks are competent, diligent, and thorough.

This company has been great to work with so far. The people on the phone have been great & they got me scheduled the soonest of all the companies I called. Their communication on the day of my appointment was timely and helpful via text and email, I was shown where the tech was in real time and when he’d arrive. The AC tech Jesse was here on time and very friendly and knowledgeable; he was able to replace my broken UV light that day which saved me some money so that was amazing and he got us scheduled for the other maintenance we need to keep ourselves cool this summer. Signed up for a plan where they come out twice a year to keep the systems maintained which is key in super hot FL, my mama taught me that. 😁 thank you for your great service!

Veterans AC installed a new Carrier HVAC two years ago. I had been using them for routine maint on my old system. New or old system, the service quality is getting better and better. Strongly recommend.

I’ve been using Veterans for several years now, and they’ve consistently provided excellent service. They replaced my system last August, and I’ve been extremely happy with both the performance of the units and their ongoing maintenance. We had a problem with our heat not working. Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling was able to come the same day to look at it. The technician was very friendly and did a good job of explaining what needed to be fixed and the part that needed to be replaced. In addition to just addressing the problem, he inspected our whole HVAC system for us, including the thermostat and air filter. I would definitely use them again.

Our home warranty company, CINCH, contacted with Comfort Zone to repair one of our roof top dual-fuel units not producing cool air. A technican arrived in a couple days and diagnnosed the problem as no freon in unit due to a defective evaporated coil. This is an expensive part and because my unit is about 15 years old difficult to find I was told. The search went on for over two months in the middle of intense heat wave in. Temperatures in our house at times exceeding 90 degrees. Finally I called a local Cottonwood AC company and had to wait a couple weeks for them to inspect our system. They diagnosed the problem as no freon because of a cracked copper line. It was repaired in about a couple hours and freon added. Cost was about a 1/3 of what Comfort Zone was going to charge the warranty company for a part I did not need and they never got! If you get a repair estimate from Comport Zone I recommend you get from my experience a second opinion.
