On 4/22 Travis arrived promptly for an appointment to maintenance our A/C unit. This is the first time we have used his company. We were incredibly pleased with all of his service including his politeness, honesty, thoroughness and ability to not only perform his work quickly and efficiently but to also answer all our questions with easy to understand explanations. He made sure that we were happy with his work and provided a way for us to contact him with any future issues. This is a company that wants to build relationships and make you feel like family! We are very pleased and highly recommend them and their tech Travis!

I’ve been a client since they opened their doors and I couldn’t be happier with the service & professionalism. Most recently I had them replace my HVAC and everything went smoothly. I asked a lot of questions and I never felt like I was being a bother. After the install I needed a few tweaks to the system and they were quick to respond and remedy the issue. I would recommend Comfort All-Stars to anyone. Many thanks to their whole team.

Chris Barnhardt, Contractor at Barnhardt Construction
I had a highly disappointing experience with Comfort All Stars. Their installation process caused significant damage to our roof system, requiring extensive repairs. Not only did they refuse to address the deficiencies in their work once, but twice, leaving us to deal with the aftermath.
As a licensed contractor, I had to hire another air conditioning company to correct their mistakes and restore functionality. On top of that, I incurred additional expenses to engage an engineer to re-engineer the roof trusses to make the necessary structural repairs. This situation has been costly and avoidable had the work been handled professionally in the first place.
I cannot recommend Comfort All Stars based on this experience. Their lack of accountability and poor workmanship has left me with lasting frustrations and financial burdens. -
Loved working with David. He has a great personality and has no problem explaining things to people.

DO NOT USE COMFORT ALL STARS OR FPL HOME.
If I could rate zero, I would. We had a “home comfort system” installed by "Comfort All-Stars" in our home and it did not work correctly from the day it was installed. FPL Home promised us our electric bill would decrease by at least 45%, however, it went up nearly $300 every month. During the summer it was even more. We went back and forth with the Comfort All Stars for two years until they refused to come back. My husband expressed concerns with the receptionist, which is apparently the owner's daughter, when the owner overheard the conversation, he intervened, gave a few choice words to my husband and then hung up on him. When he called back, we were told to not call back and get a new company to fix their mistakes... This company had already been paid by FPL, so they were no longer concerned about their inadequate work.
After making numerous calls to FPL Home, we still had no resolution. It was only after we quit paying the monthly fee, and I reached out to Train (the unit brand company) and explained my situation, did I get a response back from FPL. At this time, they did send a new company out to look at the issue. The first company they sent refused to touch anything because the original installers "did everything wrong." The tech that came out said his only suggestion was "hire a lawyer and have them take care of this."
We then reached back out to FPL and gave them this information. Weeks went by before we heard from anyone else. After waiting several more weeks, another company came and installed a new system; inside and out. After the installation was nearly complete, the tech that was installing the new system told us that the thermostat that he had with him was not working properly, but he would install it for the time being so we could have AC. However, we could not touch the thermostat, and we had to leave it where it was. He set the thermostat to 50 degrees. We went for nearly a week with our thermostat set to 50 degrees!! After about a week, they came and replaced it and when he exclaimed about how cold the house was and we explained why, he stated “oh you could have changed it with your phone.” This was not told to us at the time. The new system ran good for about two weeks before we started getting an error message on the thermostat. When we contacted the installer, the only resolution was to flip the breaker and resent it. We had to do this at least twice a week. FPL contacted is regarding a “settlement” for our issues. We were offered a cash settlement and to “forgive” the rest that is owed for the system, which we refused because we just want a working system. Since we refused, they have now refused to return any phone calls. A couple of months have now passed, and the system is still giving us an error message. This last weekend 03/22/2025, the system quit working completely and will not turn on. I sent a help message to Goodman (the new brand), and their only suggestion was to also flip the breaker and/or pop off the thermostat cover and put back on so it will reset. We did this, but it still will not turn on. When we contacted FPL today 03/24/2025, they refused to help again. -
Called Comfort All-Stars for a second opinion as we had been told we had a refrigerant leak in our coil on a nine-year-old Trane system.
The woman who answered the phone at their office was super kind and offered to have one of their techs come out same day for a "complementary" second-opinion visit. Had never heard of a HVAC company doing that before and was already impressed.
Jeremiah was the master technician who came out to inspect our unit. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to show us everything he found wrong with our unit during his inspection. Then he explained in detail all available options going forward.
As it turns out, it was best for us to replace our unit versus repair. They were able to install within 36 hours. David, the installer, was professional and kept our garage and outside area clean during the 10 hour install and took time to explain our new equipment both outside and inside our home. Highly recommend! -
Highly recommended! We’ve used comfort all stars multiple times now and it’s always pleasant. They are all professional, informative, and friendly!
Most recently we had to get our AC unit replaced. Spencer found the issue, gave us our options for repair vs replacement and allowed us to make to decision rather than pressuring us! He was awesome around the kids too! This was on Saturday and Comfort All stars was out Monday to replace the unit.
Emery and John were our techs for the AC installation. Again extremely friendly and professional! They got the job done quickly (but not sloppy) cleaned up all of their work and verified everything was working and that i didn't have any questions or concerns. They went above and beyond by doing a simple fix on the broken drain pipe without me requesting it.
We’ve only had the unit for a few days so i cant comment on the quality of the equipment quite yet. -
Been using Comfort All-Stars for a very long time! Always an excellent experience! They do a great job! Very honest and always on time! David was the best! Very friendly and very efficient!

I was in the need of a new AC , and after 3 estimates from different Companies I decided to go with Comfort All Stars. I can say I am very impressed with the Company and there technician/installer , I received a exceptional service and David the Installer where very knowledgeable, professional and did a fantastic job.
We had a little hick up with the heater not coming on, but David the technician and installer of the unit
found the problem after some time and the entire time refused to leave before he could fix the problem. I'm deeply satisfied with Comfort All Stars and will recommend it to you.

I was not impressed. The staff were nice, but I was not pleased with the outcome. This was for a diagnostic visit, as I was having issues with the a/c. The first step the tech took was to pull out the leak detector. The unit had just thawed out from being frozen, so there was still some water in the air handler drain pan. I watched as the leak detector was touching the water, and of course it beeped. At that point I was told it had a leak and the unit should be replaced (based on a FALSE positive). I was also told that my system had zero freon in it. The cap was removed outside and after pressing the stem some air came out. I was told that if freon was in the system, liquid would have come out. I was given a > $4k quote to replace the evaporator coils (not recommended) or get a whole new system. The push was their > $15k system.
If I'm being asked to spend > $15k, I'm going to get a second opinion. The second company was surprised to hear that no gauges were ever connected to my system (odd for a diagnostic visit). Their first step was to connect the gauges, where they saw right away that it was 1 - 2 lbs short. To be fair, they did indicate that if they put the freon in, there's no guarantee that it would be good for years. I opted to spend $258 and saved myself the $15k unplanned expense. After about 30 minutes, my house was cool again.
It's now been 5 days. There wasn't ever any follow-up. As far as this company knew, I have been without a/c. In retrospect, it feels like I was visited by more of a sales person than a tech - this is my personal take. The two big things I have issues with - gauges were never connected and I feel that the person knew the leak detector would beep if the sensor was put in liquid. On a positive note, I was not charged the diagnostic fee.
I'm not expecting any follow-up from the business, just wanted to share my experience.... -
The technician that came out to service my LG mini split was professional and did an excellent job!

Comfort All Stars is an exceptional company! The receptionists are always pleasant when you speak to them. The technicians are knowledgeable and do great work. We had the duct work on our mobile home replaced and they did a wonderful job. We were also having issues with humidity in our home and had 3 other companies evaluate the situation but with no luck. Gary from Comfort All Stars really listened to our issues and systematically went through our A/C system and diagnosed our problem. We are extremely grateful to this wonderful company who truly care about their customers. I highly recommend Comfort All Stars for all of your HVAC needs.

Most underrated ac company in Tampa. Highly recommended.
-
Amazing and fast service! I have never had a company say they’d be there between 8-10am and show up right at 8am! They also are brilliant in that they send a picture of the technician who is coming to your home which is amazing given the security that offers that it is actually someone from the company, not some con man posing. (I’ve heard of stories of this happening.) They were fast, clear, friendly and respectful. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

The installer was very courteous and knowledgeable in regards to our recent dryer duct installation. I would definitely recommend them !
-
This company really has its act together! From initial communications to the final results of installation, Comfort All-stars should be your next and only AC contractor!!!
-
The office staff was truly amazing to interact with. They (Jack, Christine and Jennifer) are very responsive to both phone calls and e-mails to be sure all is handled timely. David Rodriguez is the certified technician who did the diagnostics and installed our unit. David was so accommodating and extremely diligent in his work, not leaving until all was working and tested. Fully recommend Comfort All-Stars.

Although this company has never been to my house (and I don't think I ever called them) they somehow got my email address and are not spamming me. Regardless of how they get my email, I NEVER gave them permission to email me. Very shady and I would never do business with spammers.

My ac went out unexpectedly during the hottest part of the day! Comfort All Stars came highly recommended so I gave them a call. David, the technician was to my home with in an hour. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and then discussed several options. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I chose to go with a new ac unit for the long term benefits.
They got me on the schedule immediately and with in a day Robert and Max arrived to install the new unit. They were extremely professional and took their time to properly install the unit. Once completed they walked me through what all had been done and showed me how to use some new features.
As an added bonus, the owners even stopped by to introduce themselves and make sure everything was going smoothly.
I was very please with the service that I received and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for fast, reliable service.
