Great customer service. Talented & Professional Technicians that do the job right & take the time to do so, & clean up any work related mess or debris after the work is completed. They will answer all questions thoroughly about any service or repairs, give a 100% rate quote before any work is performed, & take the time to explain the invoice when the work is completed. I have used several electrician companies in the Tampa area. Most were very good. Comfort All-Stars is great & takes it to another level.

They replaced our entire duct system while taking extreme care to ensure no insulation entered the home, which was a major concern for us. The service was second to none, and the crew truly felt like a family.

We are very happy with the service we received. The AC technician David was obviously trained very well with great customer service skills. Best of all we felt like we were treated with honesty and integrity and the recommended fix seemed appropriate and in no way was an upsell. It’s great to have this company in our backyard.
This visit was just to diagnose the problem which was quickly identified. More news later after the part comes in and is installed.

David was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He went over and beyond to solve issues that made our replacement experience really easy. I highly recommend this installer and company! We really appreciated the attention to detail - it goes a long way! I also appreciated the short video clips from the owner to help with each transition step. Absolute pleasure hiring this company!! I went online and booked an appointment for the next day to repair our HVAC system, dishwasher AND dryer. I didn't expect for them to actually show up the next day....I figured I'd get a call and have to schedule a different day/ time. But what do you know? I they actually showed up at the exact time I picked off their site! Not only that- the owner came with another tech and the spent as much time as necessary to get all our appliances up and running. Honestly, hire these guys.

I am happy with the repair job on my dishwasher. Phil discovered the issue and made the repairs. Phil seemed to be very knowledgeable with regards to dishwasher repairs. In addition, He took the time to explain to me what the problem was, how the part worked and he addressed my safety concerns. I received same day service for one call and next day service the 2nd time I called the office. I would recommend FUSE HVAC &Appliance Repair.

Our repair tech, always friendly, after replacing the dishwasher panel and he had no problem, he expressed a little attitude. While he was here I pushed all the buttons to start and he said I did it correctly. Of course he had to leave and when the dishwasher finished, I opened the door and water was sitting in the dishwasher. He said he couldn’t stay all day to test it over and over and I understand. And also he could not do any more and maybe choice might have to send another tech out. He didn’t and I didn’t have a Manuel because I didn’t purchase it. But I would have thought maybe he might call the company and pick their brains. The number is on the side while he waited for the part. Because this was the third time out. He seems to be a good tech, but he knew already that maybe the new part might not work.
