Not very happy with this company. They've been here two times. Haven't fixed our washer machine. And they don't speak very good English so it's hard to communicate with them. It's taking a good week for them to even come back where they may need to order another part.

This company has been excellent in responding to my needs in a very timely manner. The technician, Victor, explains the problem with the appliance and gives a complete estimate of the charges which have been very fair. I had Victor repair my front loading washer and now my above the range microwave. He is careful and respectful of the surrounding area to not scratch or damage anything. I would definitely recommend this company and especially Victor for appliance repair.

I really believe in home warranty contractors and that are the best that you will ever have. Just for the record, I’m not being paid to say this in anyway! I have a home warranty company contract and I have truly benefited from the work and service that I have received from mine.

I have HCW (Home Choice Warranty). They are affordable from month to month or for the year and they are wonderful and I stand by them. The work I have done was in this case my home dryer. This was the company that was contracted with home warranty and I’m happy they helped me out and did an excellent job. Again, thank you!!

Nick came on time and was very thorough. Very polite and took great care to make sure the job was done right. Had the parts needed with him and even inspected all the drum rollers and cleaned them. I would absolutely give them my business again.

Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair did a great job. Our residential refrigerator in our RV was not keeping an appropriate cooling level and we were able.to schedule a next day appt. Anthony, the tech, was able to diagnose the issue as the fan motor and show me the issue. He ordered a new fan motor that day and called 1st thing the NEXT day to install it for a reasonable price. We were very thankful to find a residential appliance repair company to work on our RV and Anthony was able to troubleshoot dealing with our RV and it's very different set-up. Thank you Fuse and Anthony.

Fuse Electric came out 1 day after Milton blew through and left us without a refrigerator. They were prompt, knowledgeable and delivered when they said they would. Victor was excellent, thorough, cleaned up, courteous and friendly. They did a great job!

This company is absolutely incredible. My landlord uses Choice Home Warranty (never used them, they're awful). We had two different companies before Fuse either come out and not fix our issue or cancel AFTER the scheduled 4 hour appointment window. Fuse was extremely communicative over the phone, very prompt, and our service tech Victor was amazing. I'd recommend this company to everyone! Thank you again 😁.

Ive had them come out to me 3 times now to fix my dryer. First time paid fully and replaced a whole part (heating element) a month later it stopped working. Called back with concern and they immediately had the technician come back the next day. He fixed it FREE OF CHARGE. Two weeks later same thing happened and heating stopped working. Called yesterday and again EXEMPLARY SERVICE turn around time was the following day and they fixed it again FREE OF CHARGE. Being college students full time and working and living on my own full time makes it hard to maintain everything. This company has shown nothing but respect, hard work, and reliability and keeping to their word. They have saved us more than they know, and made the money we spent originally 110% WORTH IT! Thank you guys, you don’t understand the blessing you have been to us! I would never not recommend this place 12/10 service. Quick turnaround times. Great communication. And maintenance you can trust and has your back guaranteed! If your looking for reliable people go no further and call them!! WONDERFUL!!

Elon was my technician and he did a great job with my clothes dryer! Fortunately it was a simple fix but he let me know some things about my appliance I didn't know so I am now more educated for the future. Fast, efficient and great pricing for the work done! Highly recommended!

I made an appointment yesterday for a service window today between 11am and 2pm. At 2:30pm—after the window had passed—I got a call from the technician saying he’d had a long day and asking if he could come tomorrow, Monday, or even Tuesday instead. Seriously?

What made it worse was that I called the main office at 1pm, texted the number I received a confirmation from, and even sent an email—not a single response. They left me scrambling on a Saturday afternoon, trying to find someone else last-minute.

I can’t speak to the quality of their actual repair work, but their customer service is abysmal. Zero stars if that were an option. Completely unprofessional.

To start, Anthony came in so professional and knowledgeable about my refrigerator and removed his shoes to be in the mode of my home. He was super friendly and most of all, took his time to repair my unit as best he could while defrosting and removing ice. I must say, it was a time consuming task as my unit had an ice build up that looked like Antarctica! This is a common issue with the kitchen Aide 5 drawer over priced refrigerator! Anthony knew exactly what to do and the right questions to ask me for further inspection of the unit. I was impressed and happy with this company’s quick response to my repair, and Anthony! Today, he came back to install the ordered parts. Praying there are no more issues. Try Fuse Appliance, you’ll be pleased.

Absolutely phenomenal! Found them after waiting on another company for two days. These guys came out within an hour of making the call and great communication too!! Sent me a text with an estimate of time, as well as another text when our technician was on the way. Victor was professional and fast! Figured out the problem quickly and our air was finally cold again! Will definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommend!

Elijah did a great job, and arrived on time. He checked all the areas thoroughly to determine the source of the leak in my fridge.

Elijah the service man seemed to know his. business. I still have to wait.24 hours to see if my Refrigerator Ice work's
