Called up looking for guidance, Oscar came by and assisted as he did years ago (15) on a weekend when my old unit went down. Appreciated his dedication to get it back up and working, never forgot that, that’s why Ocean was and always will be my choice.

The unit stopped working, called and spoke with a very nice lady who said she will have the technician out as soon as possible which was within that day because I know I was not the only person on their list so I was understanding on my end as well. The unit was an old one I knew and the replacement was inevitable, with that said the company worked with me on my budget and I am very happy with their service, product and work ethic. It is within your right to choose when you do choose wisely. I did. Thank you Ocean Air and your wonderful staff.

We have been a satisfied customer of Ocean Air Conditioning for over 12 years. Most recently, they installed a new more efficient A/C unit with programmable thermostat, Ultra-violet light which eliminates many types of fungi, bacteria, mold, germs, viruses. The service was great, the follow-up was great. We would highly recommend their service.

Ocean Air Conditioning was referred to us by their roofing business partner, Westfall Roofing. They worked well with Westfall on resolving a copper line leak issue and were competitive and very professional in proposing, consulting, installing, and servicing two Carrier A/C units and their corresponding air handlers. Lilliana was our customer account manager throughout the entire process and did an excellent job representing Ocean Air Conditioning.

They were recommended so we come out to get a second opinion. The bad news was we needed a replacement, as the other company had recommended. The good news is it was $2000 cheaper with them for an identical product. they were able to come out within a few days and replace the whole thing. Seems to have good attention to detail since they cleaned up well after themselves also. All in all I am impressed and happy. The main technician, Oscar, was helpful responsive and seems to be very honest with your options. I would recommend to anybody else.

I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other companies to be quite frank I would put all my trust with Ocean Air! They exceeded my expectations regarding their service. I got a new unit installed within no time and everything was brand new. Extremely professional team. I would recommend them any day and to anyone!

I can't thank this company enough for their services. I had another company quote me at $3000 more, then make me wait a week for instillation. Ocean Air came out the next day and quoted the job, I got a better unit for less, and they did not stop until it was installed that day. That may not be a big deal to some but for someone who has a hard time breathing it is huge. I would definitely recommend this company. Chris Hodgins

I most appreciated the responsiveness and attention from the Estimator, who acted as the primary contact on this install. I was very specific of what I wanted and I required insurance certificates which they provided. The service included them pulling the permits which I had forgotten about. The crew arrived on time and completed the install same day. Very methodical approach, professional and courteous. They called the very next morning before 10am to see if the AC was working well. When my A.C. unit broke this past week, Ocean Air was able to install a brand new one the very next day. My new A.C. unit works tenfold compared to the old one. Make sure to ask for Lilliana when you call, she is well verse in exactly what the client needs and was a tremendous help in recommending the best unit for the best price for my budget. Very happy and satisfied customer!

Ocean Air installed my AC system 5 years ago and maintains it yearly. I had two other companies before them and was not satisfied. The system Ocean Air recommended has saved an average of $600 a year on my electric bill compared to my prior unit. Recently they replaced an attic junction box, chemical cleaned the Air Handler & also installed a UV light improving whole house air quality. They also cleaned the duct work followed by fogging (sanitizing) at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Ocean Air to install and maintain a whole house A/C system throughout it's lifetime.

I simply cannot say enough about the level of customer service and professionalism I experienced with Ocean Air. Their HVAC knowledge coupled with their communication and detailed work was the best I have ever experienced. I will recommend Ocean Air to any friend or neighbor without reservation. Liliana was very informative she explained everything well and even told me what to watch out for with other companies should we decide to go with another company. Thank goodness I made a smart decision and chose this company "Ocean Air". Liliana had Oscar come out to my home that same day within a few hours of speaking. Oscar was great he explained in detail what was wrong with my air conditioner and what it would cost to fix it. I decided to have him install a new unit, he gave me a great price I could not pass it up, his team was out early the next morning installing the new AC. Ac went out the night before. Called the company at 8am in the middle of their busy summer season, they got someone over that afternoon, replaced the broken item, and got the AC working again. My family is grateful!! Fair price

My daughter has been using Ocean Air & purchased 3 a/c units from them in the past. So after my regular AC guy gave me a diagnosis costing over $1400 to repair, I decided to call Ocean Air for a second opinion. And it turned out to not be what he said it was and much less expensive to fix. Needless to say they earned my trust and business for several repairs and maintenance after that. and now I just purchased my brand new AC from them and I am very happy overall. I would definitely recommend this company.

These people are the best. They won't begin to rip you off. No high pressure. I have purchased two systems from Ocean air Now they just serviced the clubhouse at our townhome community. We got two bids one had 2 men for half day of work. Ocean one man less then 3 hours , we save ,$350.00 they are the best . If you need an air company call Ocean you won't regret it
