I have worked with Ocean Air for big jobs (like replacing all our air ducts in the house) and small jobs (like repairing our leaky condensation pump), for emergencies and routine repairs. We bought a new heat pump from Ocean Air a few years ago and the installation was flawless. We have used them for routine maintenance since then, and they have been on time, good with communication, and done the work at a reasonable price. We recommend them without reservation.

When I called Ocean air due to an issue with my exterior unit, they were at my home within the hour for a diagnosis and by the next the day the issue was fixed! Not only did they exceed in providing a fast and professional service but the pricing was surprisingly affordable. I want to thank you guys for such a family friendly experience!

Excellent service technician. Same day request and was at my house on Friday at 5pm. Very cold weather coming this weekend and had the thermostat replaced very speedy and awesome work! Highly recommend this company and will use them again when service needed or repairs. Thank you for a job well done!!

We’ve worked with Oscar for every AC need and we’re constantly blown away by him. He’s so professional, so sweet, and so incredibly knowledgeable. Ocean Air has amazing prices and even better, a warranty that you can actually use, lol. I highly recommend ocean air and specifically, Oscar, for any needs.

They came out to do a service call on 2 Bard pkg units. On their invoice they listed only that both units had bad condenser fan motors. 3 days later they quoted $3200 to replace them. Since their price was ridiculously high, I had one of our 30 yr journeyman electrician foreman replace the motors which cost me $229 ea plus tax and frt for the exact mfr and model # motors. It took him 30-45 min each. When the AC units still would not run, I called Ocean Air back and they said there was also a bad capacitor. With that, I told them I would pay for another service call to repair whatever else was wrong with the units. They refused.
Follow up:
We just had another company come out to diagnose the 2 units. He found that both capacitors are good. He also found that both coils had leaks caused by a corrosive environment. The leaks are beyond repair. He was able to find this out without running the unit. Ocean Air Conditioning's repair techs didn't check out the units far enough to find that but still invoiced $350 for their service/diagnosis visit. I would not recommend Ocean Air Conditioning to anyone.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Ocean Air. The technician that replaced the outside unit and the air handler was very hard working and dedicated to completing the job. He did an excellent job. Another technician came the next day to clean the ducts and vents. He was also hard working and dedicated to doing a fantastic job. The office staff is also very courteous and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ocean Air to anyone who needs ac repairs or replacements.

The Team at Ocean Air Conditioning, led by Oscar did a wonderful job replacing my 15-year-old HVAC system. This is my second system installed by Ocean Air, also led by Oscar. I was advised and given what I believed to be honest consult as to replacement cost vs repair cost analysis of a unit at or near is useful life, especially in Florida. No pressure sale strategy. The replaced system served above expectation with only two service calls made under warranty. The 1st system replaced came with the house when purchased and it lasted 17 years before replaced by Oscar and his team at Ocean Air Conditioning. They will obviously be my go-to service company for HVAC

Performance AC came out to repeat a repair that we had been dealing with for a while (with another AC company). Micah recommended we consider a whole new unit as we have been sinking money into this old AC for so long and it was just getting worse. We appreciated his honesty and recommendation. Jonathan came out the same day to assess our needs and gave us several options and explained everything in detail. He arranged to have the unit installed the next business day. Marques showed up with a team that morning, and we had an entirely new system and a very cool house just 5 hours later. They were very respectful of our time, our family (including our dogs!) and our property. When they left, you’d never know they were there, except for the very cold air blowing around our house! 😁 I’m so glad we found Performance Air. I will confidently recommend them!

I was skeptical at first, but after the cleaning, my home feels so much cleaner. Less dust on furniture, better airflow, and no musty smell! Great investment.

The procedure for cleaning air ducts was meticulous and well-planned. Before beginning the blower cleaning, technician Daniel blocked every vent to prevent the spread of dust. He identified old debris that had probably been there for years when doing furnace cleaning. A dense layer of lint that might have led to overheating was removed by cleaning the dryer vent. The coil was carefully cleaned to prevent damage. In the vicinity of the return vent, mold treatment was applied. The service seemed thorough and competent overall.

This is the biggest scam I have ever seen. Stay way from this service. Fix the ice maker on the frig first time we had requested repairs. After that nothing but headaches. We have been trying to get our washer fixed for 4 months now. We make the appointment i have to stay home and work from home. Repair guy keeps pushing appointment back. At the end of the day they just put a comment saying they showed up but no one answered. This is totally a false because I was at home. No doorknock no door bell ring and even no recording of him showing up on my ring cameras. Reported this issue to customer service and they said this was unexceptable and would be escalating this to prevent this from happening. This was on a Friday and rescheduled service for Monday. On Monday the exact same guy got assigned and did the same thing. Obviously the escalation process does not work. My advise, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE IT PLAIN SUCKS... Don't throw away your money with this service.

This just happened again today and the same thing. I added the 3 instances where this was done. Last night I had a customer server person call me for the service that we were suppose to get today. She said that someone needed to be home and then busted out laughing. Talk about lack of professionalism.
