Terrible experience with Tampa Bay Air Duct Cleaning Service. I scheduled a dryer vent cleaning, but they sent a third-party vendor who only inspected the vent and didn’t clean anything. There was zero transparency about outsourcing or the actual service being performed. When I addressed the issue, they claimed they did not work on my home at all, despite being the company I hired. Completely misleading and unprofessional.

The installation itself was excellent, and the best part was the price. Super appreciable and highly recommended.
