This company is a scam. I hired Edmond Fireplace in Edmond, OK and that's not who showed up. This company did. The tech showed up and would not answer me on who he was. I've been a top Realtor in OKC for 15 years and hire many contractors. This so called contractor never gave me examples of the work they would complete, which was the reason I asked for them to come to my property. They sent me an outrageous estimate for 2k.

Terrible service!

Very poor customer service. Just tried to delay the actual cleaning. Save your time and money and go some where else.

Very friendly and professional crew, I hired Universal Air Duct Cleaning for air duct cleaning and furnace service. They were very care for the house and made sure to wear shoe covers and clean after them, when dealing with the amount of dust we had in the ducts keeping the house clean isn’t an easy task. Will definitely use this company again, highly recommended!

Do not call these guys. The technician left a mess, the manager won’t call back, very scammy… didn’t give me a receipt of services after asking many times, my register and handlers were still filthy after he left. They came for a duct cleaning, found mold and took advantage of the situation. I gave this company a small fortune to fix my problem and it was actually made it worse.

The chemical that was sprayed in my AC handlers was supposed to be nontoxic and made everyone in my house physically ill for several days.

We paid them handsomely for a service, and we have to hire another company to come in and actually perform the work.

So I am on a Do Not Call list. I continue get spam calls every day, several in one day about air duct cleaning. I played along. Set up an appt and today they called about said appointment. Now i know the company that utilizes SPAM call centers. These Guys! Not only will I never use them and suggest just based on their shady practices that you don't either. Calling someone on a DNC list is like a $10,000 fine. I will be speaking to my lawyer and gonna have some fun.

Not very professional. Cleaned out chimney and left a mess in my living room from the soot Came back to replace the chase which was expensive, needed to borrow hammer from us and took it. Has not sent the final invoice showing the bill
was paid and I’ve called and emailed the company. No one will answer the ph

Do not use these guys! I hired them to clean my chimney and make sure my fireplace was safe to use for $199. The technician came in and cleaned the chimney in 30 minutes and told me he could not test the fireplace for the $199. It would be $400 more to do that plus more money for any repairs. He quoted me $1500 for everything and when I refused his manager called me and offered to do it for $1000. I agreed to pay $800 but still felt ripped off.

I called about some routine maintenance because the tempered glass panel cracked, and I was pretty stressed about it. They came out quickly and replaced the whole panel without a hitch. Everything looks great now, and they even cleaned up after themselves, which was nice. Just relieved to have that sorted out.
