Conrad got me in same day and repaired not just one but two units. He is on time, always polite and considerate, and I am always grateful for their help! Especially in 115 degree weather!

The dryer wasn’t drying clothes efficiently, so we called for a dryer vent cleaning. Good thing we did tech David found the entire vent packed with lint. We added on a full duct cleaning, and the amount of debris that came out was shocking. The whole home feels more breathable. Excellent service.!!

I called because we were noticing a persistent musty smell when the AC turned on. The technicians identified mold starting to grow in the ductwork and near the furnace blower. They treated the mold, cleaned every duct and vent, and finished with a complete sanitization. The smell vanished instantly, and I feel better knowing our air is healthier. They took before-and-after pictures so I could see the dramatic improvement.

Called in to fix the heating. Fixed it, & left our unit unable to do anything but blow heat (including not being able to turn it off)

The air wasn't working in my office building and Walter came out right away. He was very knowledgeable and knew right away what the problem was. It was an electrical issue with Duke Energy. He waited until Duke Energy came out and fixed the issue. He then made sure the AC units came back on and were working properly. He was very nice, professional and easy to work with. He got us cooled off as quick as he could. Thank you Walter!

The tech came on time and let me know what he was going to do. He was personable and efficient. It took me 5 minutes to put everything back in place and my home air seems light.

Family owned, friendly business. I had no problem scheduling an appointment for deep cleaning. Price was several hundred dollars less than other companies. I just wish that more than 1 person would come for the job so it would be done quicker. The technician was great!

I can’t say enough good things about Clean Sweep. We had our dryer vent cleaning this week, and I mentioned that our dryer didn’t seem to be functioning normally after being serviced by a neighbor. Sure enough, Levi Rowe and his partner discovered a BRUSH STUCK IN OUR VENT! They probably spent 45 minutes longer than an average appointment brainstorming ways to get it out because it was extremely stuck and caked up with lint. I was mortified that we had been living with this hazardous situation for months. Levi actually ended up crawling through the attic to access the brush from another angle and was successful in removing it! Talk about exceptional customer service. Clean Sweep is so lucky to have Levi on their team
