I don’t normally do reviews especially through Google , however since Nolan Air has helped me so much just in the last couple of months I figure I owe them something back.
Their Techs are courteous, knowledgeable and real people. They are who you want to come to your home and treat you with respect and not try to sell you on something not needed. They replaced my air ducts, at a reasonable cost. They have dealt with other problems I’ve had on numerous occasions just in the short time I have been with them. There are not many companies that will come out late at night from 50 miles away, on a Friday and get you back up and running , because they believe in treating their customers right. Even though it was something simple maintenance wise that could have been done by the home owner.

Best experience with a contractor ever! Nolan replaced my AC with a high efficiency and super quiet Daikin unit. Everything went great and we're very happy with the Daikin. Unfortunately the city was difficult with the permit sign-off, but the Nolan team communicated well and managed the process. Totally 5 stars. Update: After 3 billing periods, the Daikin unit really impresses with daily KwH going down by 30% from last year.

Knowledgeable and fair price. We had them install new ducts and they understood our system and did a good job. Nick was knowledgeable and pointed out some suggestions that the other companies didn't. I got about 5 bids and went with Nolan. I recommend them.

So appreciative of the quick and professional service I received from this company. They showed up on time, completed repairs quickly and as quoted and thankfully didn’t leave a mess! It's been over a year of living with our new systems and we couldn't be happier with the performance, reduction in bills as well as quality of service from Tank Air Conditioning.

Tank has also corrected a ducting issue in our home in which one side of the house was off by 5-6 degree caused by the system for that area to overrun.

This is a great collection of professionals and we will use them for any of our needs.

My neighbour just got her a.c. serviced by Drew and he was veru efficient. i spoke to him about my a.c. unit and his knowledge was over the top. id recommend them to anyone look for reliable and HONEST a.c. work.

Jose and his staff completed a new install from quote to code inspection flawlessly. They went above and beyond any provider I have used in the past. You can trust this company, I could not ask for anything more. Exceeded our expectations.

The repair man Robert was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Although he could not repair the unit as it was very old and irreparable. He arranged to get me a new unit which was installed the next day by an extremely efficient installer. Thank you to both of you.

Just had them come yesterday. Gave me a quote for $1700 to clean my evap coils and clean the condensate drain line.
Then charged me $250 for cutting my condensate line so it would drip into a bucket. Do you know how easy it is to cut a 3/4" pvc line with a saw? maybe a minute? All he did was cut my line and put a bucket under it $$250 for that plus the cost of the visit.
Are you kidding me? I cleaned the evap coils and drain line myself in 2 hours total. Evap coils weren't even dirty. Saved myself $1700. Apparently they charge $850/hr

Had the opportunity to work with Jose a couple of years ago. He is a person who is Honest and will recommend you and your family what you need. I have all my trust on him and his workers for any HVAC NEEDS. If you are in need of an Ac system please do yourself a favor and Call Jose you won’t regret it .

Jose was very pleasant, helpful. Rico and Gary were very professional, polite and friendly when installing new duct work. Would definitely recommend Tank ac to friends and neighbors.

I have never posted a complaint about another company but I feel like people need to know about how we were ripped off. We paid $1,600 for a system that was promised would work and when it didn't we were told that they don't do refunds of any sort. We pretty much spent $1,600 for a system that took 5 minites to install and doesn't work.

Tank ac was great . Drew came out and quickly fixed my problem. He installed a new thermostat. He was very well mannered and I would recommend their service to everyone for all AC and heating needs!

Both the owner, Jose, and the Technician, Robert are a breath of fresh air. Jose asked if I might be interested in repairing rather than replacing my AC and I definitely was. Burgess Heating and Air didn’t even present me a quote for repair, only replacement. By getting a second opinion from Tank AC I believe I saved about $3,000 because the water heater would have to be moved according to Burgess. Robert, from Tank, found the leak in the coil, drove a couple hours round trip to get the part, installed it in a very cramped and enclosed space in my small condo, and advised me on a couple other parts to replace. He showed me the parts and explained in a way that made me feel very confident in his skill, knowledge and above all, his honesty. Robert was at my house for 12 hours carefully and thoroughly doing the job right. His work ethic and pride in a job well done were exemplary.

BEWARE!! Stay away from TANK AIR Conditioning & Heating. This company is dishonest and will charge you for work without actually doing the work. They charged me for a dye service and never provided the service. Find a reputable company to do business with, trust me, you will have a headache after working with this company. I DO NOT recommend, and I will NEVER do business with them again.

Wow, what an amazing company... Men with talent and skill that didn't have to "guess" how to fix our unit today. They were honest and fair and above all they love the Lord Jesus Christ, which is probably why they can be so trusted... We would recommend using no one other than Tank A/C because you can be sure of being taken care with high integrity and a job well done in no time at all! Thank you Tank Air Condioning for being our hero today and rescuing us from the Florida heat and leaving us with ice cold air in our home today... You guys are truly a hero sent to us from the Lord!!!
